About a month ago I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Note 5 from Verizon. Everything worked great, and then about a week ago, I was laying in bed using my bluetooth earphones while watching Netflix, and the sound suddenly stopped working. I'd just accidentally tipped the phone over on it's face, so I assumed it was operator error, and since I was able to get the sound working again after fiddling with the headphones themselves, and the phone settings for 5 - 10 minutes, I didn't think anything else of it. I mention it first because I suspect it might be relevant to the problem I'm having now.

Today I stopped getting sound from my Bose Mini Soundlink Bluetooth speaker. I've used this speaker for over a year with both this Note 5, and with the Note 4 I had previously. In fact, I used it to listen to Pandora as recently as 3 hours ago and it worked perfectly. Then, I turned it (the speaker) off, closed Pandora, left the house, came back approx 45 minutes later, turned the speaker on, paired to my Note 5 without a problem, opened Pandora, and got....... Nothing. I tried several different apps, but no matter which one I used, I didn't get any sound from the speaker.

I took the following steps to troubleshoot, and attempt to get the sound working, all with no success:

Made sure the volume for both the speaker, and the phone are turned WAY up.
Turned both the phone, the phone's bluetooth and the speaker on/off several times, in various different order(s).
Unpaired/re-paired the speaker.
Unpaired the speaker, restarted the phone, re-paired the speaker.
Unpaired the speaker, cleared the cache and data from all Bluetooth apps I found on the phone, restarted the phone, re-paired the speaker.
Unpaired the speaker, cleared the phone's cache, rebooted, re-paired the speaker.
Turned the speaker off, retrieved my (bluetooth) headphones from the car, and turned those on to make sure I could actually get bluetooth sound (I did).
Tried Pandora, Amazon Music, and You Tube (none worked with the speaker).
To be sure it wasn't the speaker itself, I unpaired the speaker with my phone, turned it (the speaker) off, took it down the hall to my bf's ofc, paired it with his phone (Apple 6+), opened YouTube and played a video (sound worked fine). Unpaired the speaker from his phone, brought it back down the hall to our room, re-paired it with my phone, and tried again (nothing).

I tried googling my issue, buy couldn't find anything that seemed to match the problem I'm having, so I figured I'd start a new thread. BTW, outside of this problem, I've had no issues with bluetooth sound quality, or connection before now. JUST TO BE CLEAR, the phone sees, and connects via bluetooth to both the speaker, and my headphones with NO issue. No sound to the Bose is the ONLY problem I'm experiencing.

I recently filed an insurance claim to get a new Samsung Galaxy S6 edge after an unfortunate accident with my original. When setting up my People Edge colors on my new phone, it only includes 6 options whereas my previous phone included 9. Can you please tell me how to expand those color options again?

Considering switching to the S7 because my Moto X Pure has gotten soooooooo buggy and lags a ton.

I'm worried about missing the moto active display letting me know when I have notifications. Thoughts?

Earlier today I started installing the latest android update and left the phone to do its thing for a while. When I came back I found it with the android figure lying on its back with the words no command written underneath it, after about 20 seconds the words google come up in white and after about the same time again it goes back to no command. After some research I found that you can fix this by holding the power button and voulme up key, however I recently dropped the phone and the volume key was crushed, so now only the bottom half of the key works. Is there anything else I can do that does not involve the volume up key??

My son is deployed with the USMC overseas and his G5 reset its self. He didn't have any of his photos backed up because he has no cell service over there and very limited Wifi. Is there any way he can get those photos back?

So as the title states, I have an HTC Desire 320. The issue I'm running into is that upon reaching the loading screen with the loch-ness style Pokemon in the background, every time I tap on the "Pay attention to your surroundings" note that appears, my game crashes back to the phones home screen.

I've uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted. It doesn't seem to work.

Any suggestions?

We have just bought 2 s7 phones in the last week. One has an S Planner that was the same on s5, the other has a totally different s planner. There is no 'more' button to access the calendars or settings. I have checked the version numbers and are the same.

Also one phone doesn't have the edge panel button. Confused!

In my apps that are running theres 2 messengers . .One shower little info but seams to run same time as the first messager which has useing 2 servers stated . ..I'm not a techy but its taks up slace my tablet is Limeted on . ANYONE .

Hi guys, i've recently downloaded an app (Ingress) that requires real-time GPS and should detect whenever i move from a spot to another.
The GPS of my android phone (S5 Mini) seems to be crappy, i tried to switch from High Accuracy to GPS-only and i get a "No GPS signal available", meaning that i can't lock a position by using only GPS, without 4G connection.
On the other hand, if i try to use mobile connection only i get the exact same locations of High-Accuracy, it's like if GPS isn't doing anything at all to determine my location, only my mobile connection does.
I tried to install GPS status and toolbox, cleared the AGPS and downloaded it again but nothing changed, not even that app can lock my current location with "GPS only" activated.
How can i fix the problem? The mobile connection itself isn't accurate enough.

I have the option to trade my HTC 10 with someone for their G5. Just not sure if I want to take the jump. I enjoy the 10 I'm just a tad bored and have been wanting to try the current flagship for each manufacturer out currently.

Can anyone provide input or feedback If you've used both ? Thanks!

My phone recently updated to Android 6.0.1 and i have lost my predictive text. I looked up where it is supposed to be and it isn't there. Samsung suppot could not even help. I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge plus. Has anyone else encounterd this?
