Why are callers being told "i'm not taking calls"

Just wanted to share what a rep at my local VZW store told me today.

I've been having less-than-ideal call quality (at my house) compared with my previous phones and went in to talk about it. The rep said they had recently received an email bulletin advising that some VZW areas still can't handle Advanced Calling, including where I live near Portland ME, and that customers in those areas should turn the feature off. I told him I had tried toggling HD calling on and off in my Settings menu and it didn't make a difference. He said you have to turn it off on both the phone and on the network side. Unfortunately that means WiFi calling doesn't work either, which in my case doesn't matter because he hooked me up with a free Samsung Network Extender. I happened to walk into the store on a day they were running some kind of special.

I currently have an HTC 10. I love it. However I feel I can use a Nexus 5X to hold me over until the next Nexus line comes out. I had a 6P and absolutely loved it but the size began to get to me. I have people interested in buying my 10 for 430-450 range, so to save money I debated to pick up the 5X and sell my 10.

Can I have anyone's opinion? How has the device been working with recent updates or even with the latest N build.

I downloaded more than 10 different backups apps trying to move my data from apps from my htc one x to my new phone huawei ascend mate 7. And each and every time that I restore it, the app is in the new phone but there's no data. It's empty.
Please help.

Every tutorial i see is for previous versions. Is there an easy root method for 5.1.4?

Phone worked great always been able to send and recieve pictures, sounds everything via text message, after last weeks update (said it was to improve wifi or something) now it wont send or recieve pics or sounds via text

See I have a Samsung Galaxy neo with the new lollipop update which is version 5.1 and ever since then my phone wouldn't stop vibrating whenever I put my password to unlock my phone. I tried looking for a solution but couldn't find one and I need help so that it stops since I'm not very fond of the vibrations.

We have 60 company android devices that are all loaded with the same google account. Once in a while something happens that kicks every single phone off of the google account and the password must be reentered before accessing Gmail, Playstore, etc. So far I have not found any pattern to these occurrences - sometimes it will go several weeks without happening, and sometimes only several days. I have also noticed that the personal Google accounts have no problems, only the company account. What could cause this?

Does a curved edge has more functionality? For me an exposed curved edge is more fragile than a flat one protected by the bezels.

I have a Samsung Galaxy J2 Duos. When i send files from my Laptop to Phone via Bluetooth the files will be sent to the storage on the phone. But how do i change this default storage location to be the SD card on phone?

I have been using the Samsung Galaxy S7 calendar (syncing personal and work.) It has stopped showing my work (Outlook) calendars for previous months. Example: I can no longer see appt/tasks from June and back.

How do I fix this?

I download and delete apps. When I looked at my internal storage it says I used 9 gigabytes even though I have used 4 gigabytes on apps. I barely use photos.

Yesterday, I tried to get the Fox News App, the Google play store says it was installed on my Android Phone, but I don't see it anywhere. When I tried again today, Google Play will only now let me install it on another phone, of which I don't have another phone. Can someone help me? Thank you.
