I have recently rooted and the unrooted my S4 and when I unrooted, when I boot my phone up, there is a Custom sign with and unlocked padlock on it. Is there anyway I would be able to fix this?

I have transfered some music using the USB cable into the music holder on the HTC10 folder which shows clearly on my laptop. When I go to the music player on the phone there is nothing there? there is a default payer = google play and i've also downloaded something called blackplayer but same problem...any clues? I really dont want to be stuck having to but music through the store. Is there a way to get to the music folder on the phone?

Hi all, recently bought my Galaxy S5 (16Gb) At random times through he day it "whistles" for no apparent reason. No message, etc. It woke me at 3am this morning..! I spent over an hour on the Samsung site yesterday using their live chat function. Spoke to two "experts" who assured me it would not happen again...LOL
I cannot find why it's doing this and it's very annoying.
Any ideas...?

(my phone pretty much operates like the LG G3) I don't want to root it or use my SD card, that never works, it only clears up some of the storage. It says there's no cached data or anything downloaded. I don't have much sucking up the storage its almost like the phone its self is making up things to use my storage.

I had to upgrade from a KitKat ROM, in which my firmware was (NC4). Since I had to flash a stock Verizon lollipop factory ROM my firmware has changed to ( N900VVRUEOF1). Does anyone know if I can flash a Custom ROM that has a different firmware ? or know of a ROM with a compatible firmware ? Thank You in advance. :)

If I receive a phone call (spam) and want to add it to my reject future calls, on my old S3 I could simply select from the phone number to add it to my reject list. The S5 does not seem to so friendly, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a lot of pics on my galaxy 6S to the point to where it keeps wanting me to buy more storage so I am trying to get most of them off of it and onto my computer. Oh! and I need step by step instructions, bc I am not the best with computers, Thank You!!!!

The ringtone volume on my phone such compared to the note4 I used to have. I work at Domino's and stuff like our oven is loud. When my phone is in my pocket, I usually miss calls because I can never hear it ring.
Is that normal? Notification sounds are fine.

So ever since the update to marshmallow, my tab is turning itself back on? Has anyone else had this issue? Does anyone have a resolution?

Recently purchased used Nexus 5X. Everything on the phone works EXCEPT for the speaker. First initial turning on I get notification the phone was signed up for the beta- test of Android N. . Wiped Cache and data and factory reset. Still no luck. Replaced speaker. Still no luck. Owner said that they Opted-out of beta test. Phone android version still listed as "N". No prompts to update or re-install or back-up to original .
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am explaing the procuder what i do for rooting my phone.

First i turn on the usb debuging then i downloaded farma root apk and press ok to root the phone, phone restarted and root was successful, after that i used an apk to install the twrp recovery that was also sucessful, then i started to flash the custom so i put the custom rom .rar to the phone storage and reboot to twrp recovery there first i tap to wipe data then wipe cachee and delvik cachee after that i tap on factory reset till here every thing was fine after that i show that there is an option to tick the system so i check the box and slide to wipe at hat time suddenly it says that your devise is not rooted and stuck at that place after 15 min i removed the battery to restart the phone at that time it only showing the the canvas logo and got stuck i wait for 30 min nothing changed so i try to open the twrp recover but can't able to enter in recovery mode it only show the canvas logo and stuck please sugest what to do ,

Does i wipe the whole system including the stock rom, emai number, Bluetooth adress and wifi mac adress?

Does the servise center can reinstall the rom again . What would be the charge?
