I switched from Samsung 4 from Samsung 7 and nobody told me I had to back up my what's app messages. When i started using my new phone the messages were gone...and I don't have a backup in Drive. Is there any way to get my messages back? Can I move the new simply card back in the old one and fix it? Or is there any other way?

I have been beta tester for anapchat but after i got my S7e the address is n't showing contacts.Tried reinstalling , with another account and without beta. Doesn't work of anybody know how to fix let me know please..

Hello, so I have moved all possible apps to my SD card. When an app (any app saved to the SD card) updates, it leaves the SD card memory and I have to put it back on my SD card.

Is this normal? More importantly, is there a way to change something in my settings to avoid having to do this every time my apps update?

I'm using the S7 Edge with Verizon.

Hello Has anyone figured out a more permanent fix for this issue / or a way to disable this? I have gone through the steps of deleting the domain items in the spam folder and then deleting the folder itself. But this unwanted folder just keeps coming back. it's a real PITA. why cant this stuff just go to junk like all the email folders work?

My husband sent me a picture of our daughter in a text using Go SMS Pro, when i received the text it had a link that took me to the picture via the internet. It had a simple download button to download it to my phone with nothing else on the screen. My question is where are these pictures being stored at, and can you get them deleted.I do not want her picture out and about.

Seeing as Samsung's most ever rugged phone isn't very rugged I decided to make a case.
You know for when the occasional feather may land on you phone. One must protect against such harsh conditions.

But in my new case I am now confident I can use my rugged S7 Active as intended - like gently moving from one room to the next.

Hi please help, I haven't haD ANY SOUND when recording videos, only when watching YouTube videos and such, I dropped my tablet and I'm suspecting its internal since I tried to put all the volume buttons up in settings and nothing works I tried rebooting and everything please help!l, the battery is big and takes up most the room in my tablet but I have a feeling it should not be pulled for it will ruin the tablet for good!

Long time Android fan here: Kindle Fire and Moto G currently. Work gives me an iPhone unfortunately (I wish they would let me put the same amount of cash towards a Samsung), but I'm looking to upgrade the Moto by the end of the year. Not that I like Apple at all, by I do consider this feature particularly funny. Interesting how our phones have both!

Why does it take so much longer for app updates to install on the phone after the download? Even for small updates. It was much quicker on the previous operating system.

Yeah, so I was playing around with my phone and trying new themes and such and all of a sudden that changed my sound options for Notifications, Alarms, and Ringtone.

I didn't realize those would be changed as well. Just so I don't have to go through all of them, can someone tell me what the defaults are for the Notifications and Alarms on the HTC One M9? I was pretty happy with the originals.

I THINK that's all that was changed in the Sounds options.
