how do I fix an error that say my mms are not supported by network on my Galaxy S7?

I have a couple of problems that may be related. My apps and browser images download either very slowly or not at all. I have a good strong connection, according to my phone. It does work a little better when I am near the microcell or if I am somewhere that has a good signal, but still downloads very slowly. Also, in the past 4 weeks, it stopped pairing with the bluetooth in my car. I get a "network call terminated" message. When I try other phones, including another Samsung S6, there is no problem. According to Kaspersky, I have no malware. What else can I try?

Does anyone here use the go battery pro - battery saver app to save on battery on their g4?

I think work on Saturday and then it stop tried to go into the settings for camera can't get into it

Well I like new iPhone 7 but I also think that they copied Samsung / HTC / LG. I also wonder what to buy . Will it be better to buy S7 / S7 edge / Note 7 or iPhone 7. (MEN SO MANY "7" this year). But I prefer Samsung. What do you think ?

OK know I can get stuck on stupid... Alot... But... So I keep getting a message saying I I need to change the content settings...now I have gone n 2 Google Play store and I click on menu in the left side corner... I click it.... There is nothing that says content filtering... The only thing there is... Is parent control... But that's not it either.... HELP.... keep getting q messages that says i do not have web access.... N if I want to change the settings for that I need to go into content filters and change it.... But it's not there.....

I have photos I can not delete... whats with that?

For those of you with an AT&T business account and want to take advantage of the gear that comes with upgrading to a new device like the S2 watch and want to activate the number sync feature; you have to jump through some hoops to get this to work properly and many of the staff/tech support do not know this is even possible. The glitch is in the MY AT&T account -- to wit, is not intended to be available for a business line. Before you start, make sure you're using Explorer or Chrome on your device.
1. select number sync from the watch or wearable, it will open a link on your phone or device to log into MY AT&T.
2. Select register even if you have an account.
3. Fill in the requested info being sure to use the last
4 of the IEMI number from your device.
5. Continue and log in. You may need to use the menu button located at the top of the screen to find the log in.
6.follow the number sync creation procedure.

I've had smartphones from the very first apple and I have always run them naked and I have never broken a screen. Today I took my phone out of my pocket in the car and from a TWO INCH drop onto the edge of my PLASTIC center counsel the screen cracked. Stronger glass my ***. I understand the glass might be stronger per square inch from the glass factory, but its definitely either thinner or the curving process deteriorates it's strength. I had the note 4 for 2 years and dropped that sucker from a few feet high onto concrete twice and it's still in great condition. My wife has dropped her note 4 countless times as well and nothing but scratches. This one couldn't survive a 2 inch drop onto plastic. I know it's most likely because it hit exactly on the curve of the glass, but thats a moot point.

I know I lucked out because of the recall and that I can get it replaced. But honestly I will probably just get a refund and my wife will as well. I know everyone wants to feel like their money was well spent so they make all sorts of excuses, but I am really disappointed with this phone thus far. Money is not an issue for me on this phone, but I was hoping it would be a solid upgrade. It's literally not any faster than my note 4 in normal use (and actually laggy for my wife), camera is the same but different (smaller pictures bc of worse resolution but better app and low light performance) , no better battery life (but you can't even take out the battery anymore!), etc...

I just wish ATT/Samsung would update old phones with the newest software like iphone does. Thats really the main benefit of this phone for me over the note 4.

I don't know if this is the proper thread but I need to confirm that such a promotion existed.

On August 19th, sprint had a promotion on their homepage stating that if you bought a new note 7 and opened a new line that you could get an s7 or s7 edge for free. I wanted to take advantage of this so on the 21st I called and got the promotions dept. The lady told me that she could set everything up and get the order in. Sprint has just informed me, today, that the 21st was outside that promotion and that the phone isn't free and was added to my monthly installments bill! Am I crazy or was the promotion just for 2 days only?!

For some reason all the bookmarks in my Android Chrome are showing oldest to newest. When I save a new bookmark it goes to the bottom as well which is a pain. Anyone else have this problem and able to fix it? A reboot didn't help.

I just picked up this edge 4 days ago so I can't claim but posted for anyone on the fence or to sweeten the pot.

Because I wanted to use BOA's fingerprint security, I configured a fingerprint for the phone.

That's when I notice it applied the fingerprint to the lock screen. I didn't want that, so I tried to turn it off but the system asks for a password to be able to access the fingerprint setup.

BUT I NEVER SET A PASSWORD FOR THIS PHONE!

So now (because I rebooted it) I'm locked out of my phone.

Is there anyway to solve this that doesn't involve wiping the phone?

I've had this tablet for almost 2 years but haven't touched it for over a year when I couldn't get a screen to come up. I've never dropped it but neighbor says "screen is cracked". This is an inner screen right when you power up and you can get nothing but this damaged screen. I intend to get rid of cable and start doing more streaming, (and I know I will have to upgrade to 4.4 or better for some Apps) but I need this tablet for convenience also. Is this something I can get fixed locally or does it have to go back to dealer? Thanks
