I have completed a factory reset. Both in settings and holding the power button, volume up and action button and selecting from the start up page. I've also rooted and reinstalled firmware. It started up and allowed me to go through the options as if brand new phone but, the battery ran flat and when I turned it back on. It came up with Samsung logo and froze on it. Any help please

I have 10 albums in folders do i just paste them to the phones
"music" folder and will they show up on the music player as

Why on Earth is the developer charging this barbaric price? Could i complain to Google? These developers shouldn't be aloud to charge sky high prices.I only payed a couple of pounds for Indigo Lake. Would the developer reduce the price if complains are made?

Anyone know where I can sell a Note 4 that has "water damage"? The phone never actually fell in water, but the water strip on the outside of the phone is pink. Since I can't trade it in and no one would be it for a good price on the chance that I am lying and it does have water damage, I am curious if there is any place that would buy it?

I have a weard problem with my samsung. Its randomly just giving me a "new mark" screen all the time. Like I would call someone and in the middle of the call, this "new mark" screen will show up. first I thought that its something wrong with my phone, but when I swiched to another phone, I got the same problem.

Then I thought something is wrong with my sim card and I replaced that as well. But the problem did not go away. Its realy frustrating me.

Does anybothy have any idea?

Hi, I ordered my phone online from EE site and it was delivered on 4th May this year. About a week ago the two buttons at the bottom on either side of the HOME button (apps recently used and back) are constantly clicking on without me even touching them. I can't even shut down my phone when this happens. It's happening almost every day now. I've switched phone off for prolonged periods (overnight) but when I switch it on and unlock screen it happens again either immediately or within about half an hour. Can I simply return the phone to an EE store either for repair or replacement? I'm in the UK.

I am planning on using Samsung Cloud to transfer my HS layout and stuff to my replacement phone
Do I need to use Samsung Smart Switch first to transfer everything before I restore with Samsung Cloud? Or do I only need to use Samsung Cloud without Smart Switch?

I have got the S6 Edge however it is not allowing me to update the software. When i click on 'download updates manually' or 'scheduled software updates' the phone does not take me to the next screen. It is like there are no further options. Previously i have been able to update this way. Can someone please help and advise why this is happening as usually it says the 'software upto date'? It was last updated 1/7/16

If I put an event on my google calendar on my Samsung phone S7, it updates on my pc.
If I put an event on my pc google calendar, it does not update on my phone google calendar.

Wouldn't let me add permission I'm trying to access my bank app. It keeps telling me to turn of screen overlay. I don't see it anywhere in my settings

Hello, I really hope someone can help.
So I'm using my D855 for two years now and since day one I had 32gb Samsung SD card in it.
Few days ago, out of nowhere I got this:

I thought that card is dead, but than I took my wife's card and my phone didn't even read it, at all.
I tried with 4 SD cards so far, with no luck. I was hoping that it is some bug, but than I factory reset my phone, and issue is still there.

So this is what happens:

Few times I got option to format to fix SD but after that it says 'READING SD' and nothing is going on.

I still have my fingers crossed that I do not have to replace my phone.

I'm on stock, with no physical droppings of the device.
So, for se time I actually can access SD card and its folders.
