I've had my LG Sunset for about 6 months and have texted using stock emojis that came with the phone every day since I got it. Today, I wrote a text and added an emoji - one I had just used in a prior text - and the text was suddenly converted to an MMS message. The text was a bit long - is that possibly why the emoji caused the change? It has never happened before. Any ideas on why would be appreciated. Thanks!

Last year I bought an s6 Active from AT&T, who gave me the unlock code to use with Tmobile. There was no wifi calling option on the phone when I purchased it.

I just got my s6 active back from being repaired at Samsung. The packing slip says they repaired screen and installed some new parts, but it now has features that were not previously available, including AT&T wifi calling. However, when I tried to activate the wifi calling feature, it did not work, giving me some AT&T fail type message.

Obviously the phone has the capability for wifi calling, so how do I enable it? I have an unlocked s7 that works fine on wifi calling, and guessing it's the same software. So is there some type of unlocking I can do to enable it on the s6?

When I try to play music on my Aquos crystal phone the sound shuts off

I can have it pluged in and fully charged even when I don't use it it loses its battery life. That is even when nothing is running

I have tested my Note 7 against my Note 4 (I still have both due to the recall) and the Note 4 outperforms the Note 7 every time.

On the same network, using 802.11ac access points (both Wave 1 and Wave 2), the Note 7 routinely gets a about 120 mb/s on Ookla, and the Note 4 generally pegs out around 310 mb/s.

This also shows up when I check its connection rate. The Note 4 generally shows a rate between 700 and 866 Mb/s, while the Note 7, which is in close proximity, only shows 300 to 400 Mb/s.

Everything so far, including its reported signal stregth, points to either an inferior driver or an inferior radio itself.

Can anyone shed some light on this?

I just got an update to Marshmallow on my Samsung Tab S 10.5. Now, when I connect over my wireless network to my file server to play media files, it asks me for my password constantly!!!! Annoying.
I'll log into a directory and it will ask me for my password. Then when I try to get into a subfolder, again with the request for a password. And so on to each and every subfolder. When I back out of a folder guess what? Again with the request for me to enter username and password to access the file serve (an Iomega NAS I should be clear on). With my old OS, 5.x.x I had no problem and it would save my password. But now with MM, it asks to save the password, which I do, but it never saves it.

So of course this is totally annoying and ridiculous. Any help is appreciated.

I have looked in the files and I have just one ringtone installed phone is new so should have all standard ringtones. Also as i am using the phone I am watching the battery drop I though battery life was good I have only had phone 2 weeks????

I downloaded the Podbean app to listen to podcasts on my Android S6. I am receiving a message "Connection failure: Streaming is authorized in WiFi only (Check your settings: Allow Cellular Streaming)"

I have checked my phone settings and I can't seem to find a resolution. I have tried to find app settings without success. Can you help?

When you open the full application list (vertically scrollable) the first row displays the more frequent ones. I wonder if there is a way to avoid this first row for a privacy concern.

I have a Nexus 5X and would like to use a downloaded song on Google Play my ringtone. How do I do that?

Ok, I have had this Gear S2 for a while now. I used to have it connected to my Note Edge. I had to have that replaced and now have an S7 Edge.

Before I paired it with my S7 Edge, when I would get a notification, the watch screen would come on and let me peek at the notification.

Ever since I paired it with my S7 Edge, this no longer happens. I get the notification noise on my watch, but the screen stays off.

Any ideas?

I'm using the Outlook email app with an exchange server. and have some questions:

1. Where is the setting to setup how often it syncs?

2. I have multiple email folders on the exchange server for my account, do I have to setup sync settings for each folder or is it just one setting for the account?

3. I'm not getting a notification when new mail comes in how do I get that to happen?
