keep getting message that data wont connect

I can use the search via internet but not on the google voice bar on my phone.

Some of my apps (livescore app, bank account app, etc) doesn't give me push notifications unless I have the app open. I never had this problem with these apps on any other phones. Is there a way to fix it or is it a problem with the apps? I'm using the Huawei P9.

I have a new Samsung Galaxy S4 with a SIM card. When I entered a contact, I was asked if I wanted it saved on the phone or the SIM card. I don't know what criteria to use in order to decide. Should I save contacts to the phone or to the SIM card?

This might be a total fluke, but I thought it was worth letting you all know that after taking the OTA update to NBD90X last night my phone lost all cellular connectivity and I had to do a factory reset to get back up and running (I use a T-Mobile prepaid SIM). Has anyone else had this problem? Until we get a better sense of whether it's a one-off or a bigger issue you might want to wait on taking the update, at least until you have the time to do a reset if needed.

My son's s7 active rear camera glass covering spontaneously shattered outward from the center in hundreds of miniscule glass slivers. It looks like the iris of an eye, or a sunburst. Phone was just sitting on the table and he picked it up to take a pic and saw that it looked blurry. He then saw the shattered little glass square. It's in a heavy duty case bought at AT&T store and was never dropped. Everything, including the camera, work FINE!

I know how to use the samsung keyboard and s pen to convert handwriting to text, but is there a way to just write with the S pen and send what you're writing? Basically, is there a way to text a note from within the messaging app, or do you have to save a note, and then send after the fact? This may be a dumb question, but if iOS 10 allows users to text what they're writing with their fingers, I'm assuming the Note allows us to text whatever we're writing without having to save it as a note first. Am I wrong? Thanks!

Since update cannot connect while on WIFI

about 3months ago i lost my 1st note 4 and gotten it replaced..Since sprint sent me my Refurbished NOTE 4 its been randomly shutting off and Freezing.Today actually 20mins ago exactly.it shut off and never came back on.Should I go get this one replaced to or try another battery first?

Hello, I am satisfied with your service but I may not be able to keep these tablets because of new limitations which nullify my security (imposed by Samsung). Please let me explain. There is an add guest user and add new user feature available from the lock screen that I have no control over. This allows my (unattended) tablet to be accessible by anyone. In the past, I would have had to unlock my device and added the user. That is the way it has been since the beginning with every version of windows or linux or whatever. Basically whoever controls the OS in my samsung device (I'm assuming samsung) has decided that they don't want me to control my device, but rather it should be public property (that I paid for) so that anyone desiring to use my tablet has just to pick it up and start using it as they wish! I've contacted samsung by Internet chat and telephone and they tell me I can't turn of this feature unless I root the device, which I won't do. Can samsung or anyone justify blocking built in Android security so that accounts can be created on a device that already has an owner (that locked the device) without the owner's consent? I have 2 accounts, jfisher and fisherdogshots

When I log in as fisherdogshots, I have the play store. When I go to settings I can check the box by "enable Google play store on your chromebook

When I log in as jfisher, I do NOT have the play store. When I go into settings, the "enable Google play store...." is grayed out

As a workaround, I log in as fisherdogshots, then from within that account I add a new account, the jfisher one. Then I can access the play store.

Any ideas as to why I cannot get the play store working when I log into my jfisher account?

With Verizon changing their $300 trade in promo to require full DPP or forfeiting the $300 worth of credits, I'm looking to see what other offers typically pop up from places like Best Buy.

I've always bought from a corporate store, but I'm done dealing with payments and looking to possibly buy the V20 more or less outright. I'm not planning to leave Big Red, but I guess they don't trust me with this promo change. On a related note, I seem to remember from long ago if I bought from third party sellers like BB or even their "premium" retailers, I couldn't use a corporate store if there were any problems. Is that true?
