I need help indeed to be able to send messages just as I can recieve messages easily.

Hey, so I've had my G5 for maybe 2 weeks now. It seems that with some moderate use (texts, facebook, some online browsing)the phone heats up quite a fair bit. Another example is I just had about 13 app updates today on the Google play store, I clicked "update all" as I usually do. And within a minute or two the phone got incredibly warm. I so far have not had it shut down or anything. but I'm concerned about it. I upgraded to the G5 from the G3 and I don't recall the G3 getting this warm on a regular basis (maybe while using data) but not like this. Anyway, just wanted some input on the matter.

I currently have an iphone, but am planning on switching to a Samsung soon. I use Paypal alot, but i have seen alot about Samsung pay. I'm curious what everyone thinks of it. Pros? Cons? Comparisons?

Note 3 has an amazing camera, under the optimum lighting, it takes amazing pictures, mostly outdoors under sun.
But if the lighting is less then ideal or if there is movement, it gets terribly blurry.

How do you fix this? 3rd party camera app? I tried sports setting, still not very fast. It's pretty annoying that my wife misses a lot of nice opportunities because of the blur problem.

Glass is a horrifically poor conductor of heat or anything else for that matter. Sometimes a plus, sometimes a big negative... One of the first things i noticed was the weight of the phone. Hefty, a feeling of quality.

Toss in a waterproof seal that keeps water out and heat in..

Cap it off with 2000 year old battery tech and you get random catastrophic power cell failure.

A possible fix will be removing waterproofing seal to allow heat venting/cooling.

Would you sacrifice your waterproof to keep it?

I have a Galaxy 7 active and have never had problems with the language for Google Voice. On my keyboard I click the microphone option and it automatically types what I speak whether I am speaking English or Spanish it automatically recognizes it. This is important for me because I am constantly going back and forth between the two languages. Yesterday that feature stopped suddenly. It no longer recognizes the language I'm speaking and makes me go into settings and manually select English or Spanish as the primary every single time I switch languages. This is extremely inconvenient because I am switching back and forth between the language is all the time and don't have enough time to go into the settings and select the language change every time. I have tried everything and looked all through the settings and I have not changed anything and do not understand why Google Voice no longer automatically detect my language. I have noticed too that while I am talking and it is typing what I say it is also somewhat inaccurate with my words. Like I said this is all very new and I have never had a single problem before yesterday.

can't download anything from the internet on my galaxy s7 edge because of two things:

1. A while back the download indicator, where it tells you that the thing you have selected is downloading and the percentage you have left, is GONE.

2. Now, randomly, when I download things, they just legitimately disappear. When they just start, when they finish, just disappear. I also want to add that when I download things, the "this file may harm your device" thing doesnt even come up, it just starts downloading.

Also, I'd like to shy away from factory resetting because I never finished San Andreas and I want to do that.

I can send and receive text's ok

So I'm on Sprint and am losing my beloved Note 7. I looking at buying an unlocked Pixel as a replacement. The store rep today looked a little perplexed and stated that it can take a few extra days to activate a Google phone (I assume she is talking based on Nexus devices)
Has anyone added an unlocked phone on Sprint and did you have any issues?

I've been using the Messaging app for years now, and using Group
Messaging successfully for years, also.

I have Group Messaging enabled.
I have Auto Retrieve enabled.

About a two weeks ago, this began to happen, and I haven't been able to
fix it.

Group text started coming thru as individual text and you then have to
"download" the text, and it then adds it to the group text,and it
disappears from the individual replier. For instance, I just got a
group text sent to 4 people.... My Messaging showed there were 4
repliers, and I had to hit download on each of the 4 repliers, and the
reply was the same, and once individually downloaded, each individual
reply disappeared, and the reply ended up in the group text thread.

I've googled and it seems I have all my settings correct. I haven't
changed anything, and I haven't done any ATT or Samsung updates.

BTW, my wife has the same phone with the same versiion 4.2.2, and hers
has been working just fine.

Any ideas?

I have tried rebooting, removing battery and SIMM, waiting a few
minutes, but nothing.
