If you're trying to troubleshoot a USB device, it's useful to be able to know as much as possible about what your computer thinks is connected to each of your USB ports. And a great way to find out that information is with a tool called USB Device Tree Viewer.

The program shows loads of useful information about all your connected USB devices, including the make and model of devices such as printers, scanners, cameras and so on. Also, if your computer has a built-in memory card reader, chances are that the reader actually connects internally via USB so any loaded cards will show up too.
