I bricked my phone and I need help fixing it! Posted: 15 Nov 2016 02:00 PM PST Can someone help me? I bricked my Alcatel One Touch FoerceXL for the first time, and I don't know how to fix it. To clarify, I do know how to fix it, but the public computers I use (I don't have a PC) are freaking useless. I have the program that lets the user unbrick phones but I cant get the adb driver to work and be recognized by the program. Normally I wouldn't make a big deal out of this but the phone I bricked is still in service, so I have to get it working like yesterday. I don't know anything about adb sideloading and my other phone is locked on a different network. Please Help! |
Posted: 15 Nov 2016 01:48 PM PST I have been experiencing lag and some hiccups with the v20 but it's nothing to justify returning it, but today I downloaded the Facebook app and it always force closes I rebooted the phone and it worked for like 30 minutes and it forced closed once more, my bank app Rabobank always says force close when I open the the app but if I click close app it directs me to the app and I can use the app, but Facebook closes completely and I cannot use it. any advice what settings might need to be adjusted? |

My Galaxy S4 mini has just gone dead. How can I reactivate? Posted: 15 Nov 2016 01:36 PM PST I was using my phone. I put it in my handbag. When, half an hour later I took it out it was completely dead. I tried charging - nothing. I tried pressing the volume and power keys together. Still nothing. I changed the battery to my spare one & still nothing. |
How can I play music on my S4 without an SD Card? Posted: 15 Nov 2016 01:36 PM PST I transferred all my music from my tablet to my Galaxy S4 recently, and I wanted to know if there was an app or something that I can use to play my music without an SD card. I really don't want to spend any money on one right now. |

How to list apps that do not have shortcut on home screen?? Posted: 15 Nov 2016 01:31 PM PST Got my new Google Pixel phone and want to clean up my apps. I have on my home screen about a dozen folders, each with respective app shortcuts. The problem is that I have many more apps installed on the phone, yet no obvious way to list the ones that do not have a shortcut... I'd like to be able to see all these "orphaned" apps so I can decide if I want to uninstall or create a shortcut in their respective category folder on my home screen. I searched all over the App Store and all I see is a few apps that at most provid a way to print the list of apps installed, and even that is done without showing their icons. But no way to see which apps do not have shortcut set. Any better way to do his than printing a list of apps, opening my shortcut folders and crossing off the ones with shortcuts, then creating shortcuts for the remaining ones? |

Can't leave this phone - will it last me till next year? Posted: 15 Nov 2016 01:10 PM PST Every time I get a new device I always seem to want to go back to the M8. Now it's well over 2 years old, in worrying if I get one, will it get me over to 2017? I know about the camera and don't care about this. |
Serious Lack of App Coverage Recently? Posted: 15 Nov 2016 01:04 PM PST When I started frequenting AC a few years ago (2013 if I recall correctly), one of the things that got me hooked was the ability to discover new applications from articles here. I feel like the website has stopped covering articles as much recently. I really enjoyed reading about Best applications for ______, New applications, etc etc Is there a measured reason for this? |
