Hey guys so I was speaking with someone recently who advised me if you sign into a google account on an android device and then enable remote management and then sign out of said google account and disable remote management through Google's device manager you can still re enable remote management from the Google device manager website by reverting the decision to disable device management now first of all is that true? I can't seem to find a way to re enable it after I disable it and secondly if google device manager doesn't have that ability is there currently any other locking mechanism that follows a an android device after a factory restore? The reason for my question is because I quite often purchase second hand devices and would really hate to purchase a device then have the previous owner remotely erase or lock my device and if it does in fact work this way I see it as a major security floor anyway I'll await your responses thanks for your time.

My finger id will not unlock my phone

I did remove the cheap plastic screen protector that comes on these cases and typically give the screen scratches just so I could keep my glass screen protector on. I paid $65 after taxes. They retail for $59.99. I am asking $35 shipped which is $25 less than retail. Open to reasonable offers. Shows no signs of wear or tear. Never dropped. If you have questions feel free to ask.

HI my samsung galaxy s6 just updated and now I can no longer add widgets or modify my layout to how I prefer. I can no longer make folders for the apps, and there is an entire page for me to add contacts to which I don't like but I can't remove any of these pages anymore. There are plus signs all over the screen for me to add apps to but I don't like that either. I just want to find a way to get my phone to the way it was before because it is a lot more frustrating to manipulate now.

Got myself an S7 today, going through the usual setting-up malarky. I notice that the stock phone app is still a bit long-winded, but the trusty Ray Dialer app I was using on my S4 won't run. I found some advice suggesting that the Google Phone app would be the best but Google reckons it's not compatible. I could download the apk I guess but I'd rather not be doing that with a brand new phone! So does anyone have a recommendation for other apps that give single-tap dialling from contacts and instant T9 contact search?

How can i find out if my work is illegally spying on my personal cellphone? Without my use of work email or company wifi. Some how they can see my texts and here my phone calls and conversations. PLEASE HELP. I WANT MY LIFE AND PRIVACY BACK...

My tablet which is part of the rca Internet sound system is stuck on the rca logo. There are no physical volume buttons, only virtual onscreen touch volume or knob volume controls. I have searched for answers everwhere, but haven't found anything remotely helpful. Most people say hard reset or reset into recovery mode....but with no volume buttons I cannot ficure out how. Any answers?

I just purchased a Samsung Galaxy S7 that is shipped and sold by Amazon.com and is unlocked US version G930U. to my surprise when I received it yesterday, it came in a cardboard box, no air pack for protection, nothing and it was falling out of the sleeve.

The box it's contained in and the sleeve had NO SEAL. It makes me question the legitimacy of the item and whether or not it's really new. The S7 box was rather worn and beat up but as far as I can tell the phone looks fine.

Anyone else get something like this? Does it vary from box to box or something? I tried watching unboxing videos and a lot of them had a seal on it but it also seems phone's that are by a specific carrier had a seal. I was just really depending on that seal by Samsung that says, "Do not accept if seal is broken" for peace of mind unless someone has to open it to unlock it once it leaves the factory

i have seen some battery level drop on my moto z play on standby time recently.

for example, normal use - when i go to bed and the battery level is at 100%, after 8 hours of no use, it might drop 1 or 2 percentage points - which is normal.

now i have seen it drop maybe 10-15 percentage points after the same 8 hours of no use.

something that I just recently did was i upgraded two of my apps that i download (i paid to remove the ads).

the apps that i paid to upgrade were calculator plus and chomp sms.

is it possible that the paid apps would drain my battery faster than the free apps?

if so, i would go back to the free apps with ads which would not be good since i just paid for the upgrade to remove the ads.

Where is the clip board on my Samsung s2 tablet?

Was going to sell it but with the update coming I might not.
