I just got the phone today and cannot figure out how to turn it on vibrate...I have to be missing something easy. Usually there is a choice for it in the Sound Profile or just turning the ringer volume all of the way down...This is driving me insane, Would appreciate any help

So I may be the only one but....I have a tempered glass screen protector and a Speck presidio grip case on my 128GB Pixel. I dropped it this morning in my apartment on the lanoleum floor in the bathroom. Although I know that is not a very hard surface I still got nervous the back glass would break lol has anyone else had a drop that scared them? Only dropped it from about 1 foot but still lol

I am trying to download an app that I have saved under my files but I do not know how to get there. I have a Samsung 5 p.s.. I am applying for a job and my resume is in my files. I need to locate that to download into my application. Thank you for any help that you can give.

I have a LG phone with no SIM card and with prior T-Mobile service. I want to replace the SIM card and get a different carrier on the same phone. How do I do this?

So basically this has been going on for a few weeks now, alot of apps such as facebook, youtube, etc will show there is no mobile data connection, yet if I use them through the google chrome browser everything works as normal.

It's severely frustrating, anybody know what's causing this or how to fix it? :confused:

I was trying to root my S7 Edge with one of the Unlockrs methods. After using Odin3 and trying to boot my device I got a weird little icon next to my 4G data symbol and plus my phone was much, much too slow for a snapdragon model of the S7 Edge or any S7 for that matter. So I decided to factory reset and just forget the whole root process. Now, my phone is still slow and plus my data doesn't work. It says I'm on data but when I go to text someone it says "pending" and gives a message saying something along the lines of unable to send message, message will send when data is available. And one more thing, I keep getting Security Notices saying unauthorized changes were made, restart but they keep coming back. Right now, I was restarting after ANOTHER factory reset and now I'm stuck on the Verizon boot screen and my phone is vibrating randomly and I have no clue what to do. My model is the SM-G935V.

A while ago I was having this issue where the video would load but it would be really choppy and stop a lot, so I took the battery out and put it back in and it fixed it. But then it started happening again so I tried the same thing and it didn't work so I tried to restart it but that didn't work either, so I was going to try to uninstall it and reinstall it but it was preloaded so I tried to turn the app off and on again, but I guess something went wrong because now I'm stuck with this app that was the little android emoji thing and it's called like com.youtube.android... and it opens the app and can't load anything or go online. And now I'm stuck with this version of youtube that doesn't work. Please help.

I am trying the 5X and Fi as I like the idea of using my WiFi when I can. However it's not infallible and after storms etc. I can have no internet for hours or occasionally longer. Cell is usually decent here - I had Sprint before for years and it worked OK.

I've had my 5X for just over a week and am still 'figuring it out'. Couple days ago I couldn't make outgoing calls. If I dialed a # I got an error - something like "Error dialing". Rebooted... Now when dialing It would say "Dialing" for about 30 seconds. Then it would make a single tone. Then about 30 seconds later it would say "Call ended". That's it - same behavior every time.

Despite having both good internet conected wifi and 70-80% signal stregnth with "LTE" displayed, the phone would not dial out or receive calls through either medium. I went thru all the standard online debugging steps per Google. Did internet chat w/ Fi rep and after about an hour of debugging, resetting, rebooting, clearing caches, etc. etc. etc. got it to make VOIP calls only. Another hour and a half of debugging and it finally would place and receive a call over the local cell network as well.

Kudos to the Google Fi rep who stayed with this for 2.5 hours on chat by the way. Best fix clear Project Fi app cache, power off, pull SIM card, reinstall, reboot...

The fix was somewhat temporary and the problem partially returned pretty quickly. What it now sometimes does is refuse to make cell calls even if there is no internet available. If no internet it will still do the behavior described above of dialing, tone, disconnecting... If I have internet it will call out OK.

As of today it WILL dial out on cell if there is no internet available. But it's kinda shaken my confidence in depending on this phone. Anybody else experience a problem like this? Or might this have been a unique anomaly?
