Has anyone seen this lock screen? It is not enabled in settings and i can't get rid of it

Decided to pay off my G4 so I can keep it and go for the V20.

What I like:
Battery life
Auto brightness
Fingerprint scanner
Usb-c
Display

What I hate:
Volume buttons on the side. Considered the V10 because of this. Even with them on the side they need to be a little lower. LG really took a step backwards with this.
Size. Too big for any kind of case. Waiting for dbrand skins.

On the fence:
2nd display. Think I would rather have a 6 inch display in the same footprint or the 5.7 with a smaller footprint.

Other than that so far so good.

So I just tried using it at two different stores, Giant Eagle and the State Liquor Store, neither worked. I did some research and found this on PNC's website:

I added my PNC card fine, it validated and has never been removed from my watch. I'm not sure how old this Q&A is, if it was before the Gear S3 or more recently.

Anyone have PNC and does it work?

On prior installations when I pushed a letter/number same would pop off the screen, confirming the key I hit.

Now no such popup. Especially inconvenient when entering codes.

Cannot find relevant switch or control.

How to install

4)DELETE /system/lib/omx folder IN TWRP!!!!!

5)Reboot system!

My phone fell in water and I placed it in rice, it's been in there for a week now and when I put it to charge, the battery sign comes up showing that it's charging but when I press the power button to come on, it isn't working. 🙁

This is the 8 inch Huawei phablet which had been working perfectly as a phone until the recent update.
I have Net10 with the ATT BYOP unlimited data option, pay as you go.
Now I can get no mobile data or mms. Tried the APN info from Net10/ATT, and no luck with data or mms.
Is anyone else having a similar problem?

I have seen a few people online saying that since Android 5.0 that carriers can send everything they need to activate VoLTE on any android device and that apparently T-Mobile USA have done this. My carrier however claims this is not possible without the device having their locked OS installed on it be able to download some kind of update to allow VoLTE. Can anyone confirm or deny these claims?

Has had a blue lite ,she reset it 3 times with her lil keyto. I have a galaxy s6 phone and a galaxy tab e. I have been using my phone as a mobile hotspot to get my tablet online and it was working fine a few days ago. Now though the tab connects to my wifi hotspot and shows that it is connected with a very strong signal, it won't load anything that requires Internet.
I have already...
Forgot and refound the network
Reset my hotspot
Rebooted my tab
Change the date and time to match
Tried several methods of setting and matching ip address
Tried switching to static ip
Cleared cache partition
Factory reset the tab
And of course, turned every bloody thing off and on again several times, including both devices, wifi, and hotspot
I didn't input the wrong password
I did not connect to the wrong network
There's no exclamation point on the wifi signal
My wifi hotspot is my PHONE, not a router
