Samsung Galaxy Note 4 phone trying to transfer photos to laptop Posted: 10 Dec 2016 01:17 PM PST I'm trying to transfer photos on my Galaxy Note4 to my laptop. I've connected phone to laptop by USB cable however a box pops up asking what program I want to use but the box is blank. No idea what I'm doing really, lol. So new to this. |

I keep getting the following message in Odin: <OSM> Leave CS.. <ID:0/008> Odin v.3 engine (ID:8).. <ID:0/008> File analysis.. <ID:0/008> SetupConnection.. <ID:0/008> Initialzation.. <ID:0/008> Get PIT for mapping.. <ID:0/008> Firmware update start.. <ID:0/008> SingleDownload. <ID:0/008> boot.img <ID:0/008> NAND Write Start!! <ID:0/008> recovery.img <ID:0/008> system.img <ID:0/008> FAIL! <ID:0/008> <ID:0/008> Complete(Write) operation failed. <OSM> All threads completed. (succeed 0 / failed 1) Any thoughts/recommendations? Thanks in advance! |

Posted: 10 Dec 2016 01:08 PM PST I have an S7 Edge and before doing a factory reset backed up everything to Samsung Cloud. This worked fine and when the phone was reset I managed to restore everything just fine. Brilliant. But now I want to backup again a week later but the backup keeps failing. I tried removing the account, clearing the cache and data but still no luck. Has anyone else had this problem and/or know of a solution? |

Battery removed then installed again. arrow will not move when swiped. Is this security feature after wet, battery removed then installed. Please How to fix????? |
Why wont my samsung sign in to my email Posted: 10 Dec 2016 01:05 PM PST My samsung galaxy s6 came up with a very annoying email sign in error over and over again, so i removed my account and tried removing my email, changing the passwords and adding them again to be sure the credentials were correct, however this doubled my problem because now all of my phone numbers have been removed and my main email will not sign back in, help me!!! |

Posted: 10 Dec 2016 01:04 PM PST An hour ago I wanted to do a factory reset to my phone (battery drain problems) but, when booted on, it asked me the language, wifi and then a "searching software updates" screen appeared, and it's an hour that is stuck on that screen... what can I do? :( |
Samsung S7 wifi switching itself on. Posted: 10 Dec 2016 01:02 PM PST I'm upgrading from Samsung S5 to S7 and noticed that often when Bluetooth is switched on, wifi also switches itself on. Is there something in the set up that I have missed or is this a software glitch? |
