I have recently got a new car with android auto but my samsung galaxy GT-S5360 does not seem to be compatible to make handsfree calls or google maps

I bought the Z Force, and love the phone.But am having issue with the Chive app. It won't let me get to the login screen. It almost acts like it's resetting the app. I've uninstalled the app, reinstalled the app. Same thing. Just wondering if there is anything I can do, or should I just get rid of the app?

There are two different Android devices with similar photo viewing issues. NEITHER have the photos on SD cards. Both devices work, generally, as they should.

Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 - with Lollipop
This issue involves pictures downloaded for manufacturers sites. NONE taken with the camera. Camera has never been used. There are about 300, all of which have viewable thumbnails. Many (~40) when attempting to view the full size picture will at first briefly (< 1sec) flash the picture then go black. Originally, there were no files with the problem. Now this issue is reproducible in all ~40 picture files. File size is as expected. The files were viewed by two apps: Gallery and Photos.

Droid Turbo - with Lollipop
This issue is only in pictures taken with the camera. Again there are ~200 total pictures on the phone taken with the camera. The problem here is that 10 pictures are black in thumbnail and black when attempting to view the full picture. Files sizes are all that expected with (and similar to other) files taken with this camera. Unlike the other device no flashing of the picture before going to black ...... at least none I can see. No problems seen with the pictures downloaded to the phone. The files in question were viewed by four apps: Gallery, Photos, ES File Manager and Photoshop Express.

It seems that in both instances it is a case of file corruption. But where and how? In the first case no SD card and no file manipulation other than the download and they were viewable initially. Where along the line might this corruption take place? putting the two cases together it seems as if it might file handling issues by the OS. But it isn't with all files, but still. Incompatibility/conflict with one or more apps? Then it would seem that more individuals would complain of this problem.

I have a problem with my LG G5, I can always see a faded notification/app etc on the screen on top of whatever I'm app I'm using. This doesn't get picked up in screen shots, but it is always there. I was waiting for 7.0 to see if that fixed, but no luck. Currently I have the update installing notification faded into the background. I can't seem to find any "rule" to this, it isn't always the first opened app when I turn the phone on, and it isn't the last used.

Any ideas?

Ok, so my headphone jack is broke on my S7. (headphones wont stay in and nothing plays). I was gonna have it fix so I went to the carrier who my phone is with and they told me it takes 3 weeks for them to decide what the problem is, ( Physical or Internal) and after the three weeks if I decide to get the repair I get charged $35 off the bat and have to wait another 2-3 weeks to get it back. So I decided I am just gonna go to a 3rd party repair place and have it repaired there. Went to 4 different ones and not a single one would do it. I then thought maybe there is a case that I can just put on my case that uses the micro USB and has the headphone jack built into it. Like a battery case with this. If there is can you let me know. If I can't find one then I guess I have to buy Bluetooth headphones from now on.....

I am wondering if anyone has been experiencing random reboots/restarts with their Nexus 6? It started happening over the last few months. First, under Marshmallow and now under Nougat as well.

I haven't been able to notice any common action that triggers the reboot. It has happened with the phone in my pocket and the other day it happened while I was on a call.

Under both of those OS releases, the phone was wiped/reset trying to resolve the problem. Since the problem has persisted, I am thinking it is a hardware issue.

I am on T-Mobile.

I usually visit Android Central on my Chromebox. I have been noticing that shortly after opening AC's home page, my fan kicks on and the system noticeably slows down. My fan rarely kicks in otherwise. If I open an article from AC in a separate tab, it slows down even more, often to the point I can't even scroll the pages.

I finally got curious enough to open up a terminal window running Top. Top shows an instance of Chrome running for each tab. Right now I have 11 tabs open and each one shows less than 10% CPU usage, occasional spikes to around 20%, but most are less than 0.5%. Even with AC's forum page running.

If I open AC's Homepage, that instance of Chrome runs up to 95% and pretty much stays there. There will be occasional drops to around 75%, but mostly up there. When I open other sites, they will hit 95% during the initial opening, but then drop down.

Just curious.

Maybe odd question, sorry if it's the case. I was a user of helium to backup my game data. Everything was working fine until I the day I formatted my computer. I reinstalled Helium, plugged the phone, waited for Windows to download/install any driver and launched everything. But no sync. I tried to download the ADB but no difference. The first time I just had to plug the phone, launch Helium on both device and everything was working fine, I don't understand why it's not the case anymore...

PC with win 8.1
Phone is Sony Xperia M C195 with android 4.3, launched in USB debug ofc. He is not rooted ! There's not root for this phone model.

I have a One Plus X phone and have downloaded a new version of android oxygen. When my phone rebooted a message kept popping up saying "Google play services has stopped". I went onto the Google play store but it then said, " Google play store has stopped". These messages keep appearing every 5 seconds and I have no idea how to fix it. Help?

Just got an S7. After setting up my email accounts, I've noticed all the photos that are attached to email now arrive as winmail.com files. How do I fix this?
