Hi Peeps, First post.
I have read some threads which seem to be close to my issue but they seem to be able to get in to recovery via HBOOT, or the same issues have been posted but no answers or follow ups, if they have fixed the issues. Most annoying thing that, fixing the issue but not posting how.
Ok, The phone is a friends who got this phone with it already in a bootloop. According to the seller, When they did the official update (not sure if from KK-LP or LP-MM, but the) seller said it was on 5.0.2 Lollipop.

As usual from HTC, they have 10s of different OS versions of the same device, not helped by the fact they have dual and sinal sim models, plus, Snapdragon and MediaTec models.
This is the dual Sim 820N Snapdragon 615 model.

I don't know if its been rooted or has USB Debugging on. I have relocked the bootloader via fastboot. I can get CID and getvar all from fastboot but when I try and flash recovery I get signature verify fail. Also, I have downloaded All In One Flash Tool but it wont connect to the device.

I had a Samsung galaxy mini the coverage was okay not as good as my partners J1 but this new phone seems way less powerful when it comes to coverage, is there a way to bump up the coverage?, also I am using my old sim in it, being a phone novice does using an old sim card affect a new phone that is designed for 4G coverage and am I just better off using the new sim.

My phone drains on battery life super fast when I play games

I used to access my phone (Samsung galaxy NOTE 4, recent andriod version 6.0.1, almost a year old phone), using finger print but also had a backup password .
Today, I had to change my backup password but as soon as I did, following happened:- (READ CAREFULLY TO UNDERSTAND)
1- I lost all the security from my lock screen and I can only swipe to open my phone.
2-In order to change my lock screen back to finger print, pin or any other option ,I go to 'SCREEN LOCK' option found in settings. But in order to change the type of screen lock (finger print,pin etc) I have to enter my password to access the options.
3- BUT MY PHONE IS NOT ACCEPTING MY PASSWORD AND KEEPS SAYING , SORRY INCORRECT PASSWORD although i am entering correct password.

HERE'S WHAT I DID TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM:-
1- my finger print is stored (but not working on my lock screen), and i can use it to change my backup password. I DID THAT.CHANGED MY BACKUP PASSWORD SEVERAL times but nothing happens. STILL CAN'T GO TO SCREEN LOCK SETTINGS TO CHANGE SCREEN LOCK FROM SWIPE TO ANY OTHER.
2-tried all possible methods found online i.e cache deletion, ADM, samsung mobile recovery ,changing the screen time out, credentials ,everything.

I dropped my phone and had to fish it out from under my bed, I tried using button combinations with no luck (volume + power+ home, kinda stuff); all it did was make the screen blink, the light is still solid blue, tried calling and texting it with no results. If you know whats going on please help, I plugged it in and im going to let it charge for a couple hours before trying anything else.

Does anyone know of a good way to restore your apps after completing a factory reset? On Nexus devices it is really easy because the Google Now launcher remembers your apps, wallpaper, layout, etc. Anytime I restore on a TouchWiz device I end up spending a couple hours getting everything back the way I had it before. Looking for the easiest way to get everything back in place. Thanks!

I have photos on my phone, and a macbook pro, and the two don't talk. I did print a hardbound book about 2 years ago from my phone but cannot find how to do that again. Many of the apps allow you to print photo books from your google photos, but google photos don't include photos that were texted to me, or photos that I have edited.

I am in the UK and use a BT Home hub for broadband connection and home wifi with my Android devices. The hub has a USB port and I have connected a large capacity HDD so that I can use the storage it provides.
I cannot work out how to "see" the drive withing my Sony Xperia Z tablet, although I can use the drive when it is directly connected to the mini USB port.

Considering purchase. Garmin's list of compatible phones only says V20 not tested but compatible with LG V10 H962 and I can't find out anything about what the H962 means. Nothing anywhere about VHR+ and Nougat either. Any experiences out there?

I am looking for an Android app to automatically forward all SMS and MMS messages to multiple email addresses in real time, or as close to real time as the phone/OS allows. If the phone receives an MMS that contains a picture or any other type of file, the app should be automatically forwarded, via email, to a chosen set of email addresses. If the MMS message is a picture, then it should be sent either as an inline or attachment to the email.

I want both the SMS and MMS messages to be sent as soon as the phone receives the message. Of cource, it is ok that SMS and MMS messages are not forwarded if the cell phone is turned off (or on airplane mode).

I would also like to seamlessly reply to the text message (using normal email clients) and have the result be texted back to the original cell phones that sent the SMS or MMS message. I do not want to have to login to some special website to respond to the SMS and MMS messages; I should be able to respond to the text from my email client.

I am currently using Relay ME app which works fine for SMS messages, but it does not handle MMS messages. Unfortunately, most of the phones I receive texts from nowadays are exclusively set to using MMS for some reason. I am aware of SMS Backup+, but that is a backup app which, as far as I can gather, does not forward SMS and MMS in real time as the text comes in (but if I'm wrong about that, then please comment).

I have searched high and low, within Google Play store and elsewhere but I cannot seem to find a solution that also handles MMS. Any ideas is greatly appreciated.

Ever since my LG G5 updated last week I have had issues receiving text messages. I am getting some messages, but other messages are not being delivered to me? This is happening with several different contacts. It they are not all with the same provider. I have tried deleting threads & have restarted my phone several times. Any ideas?

Friends, I need your help to enable an option in one plus one mobile. Until yesterday the below mentioned option there in my mobile, however today it's not working. ONE PLUS ONE - IN HOME PAGE -->BOTTOM LEFT END OR BOTTOM RIGHT END, IF WE SWIPE--> A HALF WHEEL OPTION WILL COME, BY USING IT WE COULD ACCESS VARIOUS MENUS LIKE WHATS APP, SCREEN SHOT, SCREEN CAST ETC.... But today it's not coming. Appreciate if anybody could assist me to enable this option again in my one plus one mobile.
