For a while, Gmail would open links inside the Gmail app, not by opening Chrome. It quit recently and I'd like to have it back. Thoughts?

The phone will freeze even in the lock screen. Ocasionally it will say "System UI has stopped responding". I have cleared the cache and rebooted the phone for it to only temporarily resolve the problem (5-30mins)

I have a LG 840g phone and it does not have a Sim card. How can I use it with wifi for Internet, music, ect..? When I turn the phone on it says emergency calls only and insert Sim.....

I am in the process of rooting the M8. If i upgrade the OS, it seems that now would be a good time.

I upgraded my Turbo to MM and now when I plug my 64 GB micro USB stick into the phone it displays differently. I can no longer see the music from the stick appearing on the Library section of Play music.
I can see/play the music under the Explore menu that came up when I plugged it in.
Have I lost the ability to let the native app handle my music?

Just got my tablet in today. After much research I decided to get the S2 8 inch tablet but for some strange reason I got the nook edition.
Can anyone tell me if this is a watered down version of the S2 tablet? Should I keep it or not? Does the NOOK edition have all the same specs just with nook software added? Thanks.

I want to update the current car stereo in my Honda Element to one with Android Auto and wanted to turn to this community for input. I own a Motorola X Pure and my current stereo is a double DIN system.

My price point is around $500. I do not need a CD player/DVD player.

I did some research online and found a couple of units that fit my price point and features. One in particular is the Pioneer SPH-DA120. It has good reviews on the Best Buy website.

Any advice/suggestions are appreciated.

I was having issues with my phone running slow and having to many issues so I thought I maybe had a virus. I never noticed Touchwiz Home and didnt think about it, so I turned it off and forced stopped it. Well now I dont know how to fix the issue of it not responding. I went to the app detail and its says I can force stop it and the "Turn Off" button is grayed out so I can't turn it on? I've tried resetting my phone and I thought it had worked but sadly no. Can someone please help?

I'm looking for an app that will turn off and lock the android tablet once a preset time is turned on to limit the kiddo's access and time on the tablet. I know Amazon has this, but I have a Nexus 7 2013

I just recently switched from VZW to Google Fi. I am periodically seeing application resets, specifically Clash of Clans, which just exits back to the home screen. I've also seen it with Simpson's Tapped out where the application reloads.

I'm not sure if it is happening with other applications.

I'll mention that I'm standing still in my house actively connected to Wi-Fi. When this happens I see the icon below with that dot that is highlighted travelling from left to right, like it is "working"

I have a new 32gb card installed in my rooted Moto G 4LTE. I've tried using minitool partition manager, links2sd partition manager, and apps2sd partition manager to try and create 2 partitions on the card. First partition using just over half the space is fat32 (portable storage) and the second half I have tried as ext3 and ext4 with the same results each time. The phone recognizes the first partition and mounts it just fine but it ALWAYS thinks the second partition is "corrupted" even though it is just fine.

Apps2sd is currently successfully using the second partition to link apps to. It sees the partition just fine. The Minitool program also sees it just fine but my phone system insists it's corrupted but I cannot "fix" it because if I do, it wipes the entire card and insists on making it EITHER portable (fat32) OR internal (ext3). In other words, it thinks the second partition is corrupt and wants to fix it by wiping it out and forcing a single partition on me.

How do I get this annoying false error to disappear? Every reboot of the phone leads to a message about the partition being corrupted and needing fixing.

I want to buy the galaxy edge 7 but i`m concerned about the SAR rating value.
in gsmarena site they give the following numbers
SAR US 1.17 W/kg (head) 1.59 W/kg (body)
SAR EU 0.26 W/kg (head) 0.51 W/kg (body)

how can the EU SAR be so low and the US SAR be high for the same phone???

Please help, I`ve not been able to find an answer to this anywhere.
