I can't use video call on my phone. Why

How can I know whether it's a crack or a scratch.since I tested with pouring water over it but nothing happened!but still I'm in doubt wether it's a crack or scratch
How can I confirm it?

I have an old Samsung galaxy Note 10.1 that has been a problem since day one.
I have turned it in for repair twise, but they could not find any problems.

The problems seems to me, like some sort of bad cable connection. Colors change and is not usable. If i twist or bend the tablet it sometimes goes back to normal..

i look my sim card out of my phone to put it in another phone to see if it would work and then put it back into my other phone and now the whole whole phone is locked

I know that this sounds silly, but can anyone tell me where the notification led is located? It probably doesn't matter, but i'll be getting it from T-Mobile. Thanks.:p

From new (December 2016) my S7 would not sync the memo app. Everything else was fine. Forum searches showed this to be a common problem. (when synchronising the memo icon would show a red marker and message to say "Synchronising having technical difficulties and will be back soon"). Advice from other forum users suggested removing the app and re-installing. Removing the app was easy - however I cannot find it again to re-install. Could someone provide me with the answer?

Hello to all you regulars. This is my first ever posts.

So, my phone is only two years old.

For about 7 months I have been having text issues. There are times it won't open to a contact, or it won't let me type my message, or if I type it shows up as double text, or it will open, I click the text box, it freezes, closes, reopens....ugh. With an anxious daughter sometimes she panics if I don't answer fast enough...not to mention my boss!! There are times it can take over 5 mins before I can actually get a text out.:-

The second issue I have is that occasionally when I take a picture it shuts my phone down completely. So completely that I actually have to take the battery out to get it to turn back on.

It seems to me these are two technical issues that should be easily remedied, but you know if I take it in they will tell me I need to buy a new one. :-$

I have recently moved from iPhone to Android and hoping someone could tell me an equivalent to itunes. I would like to be able to plug in a USB and sync my contacts and calendar to Outlook as I could with iTunes. So that is add contacts and calendar from Android to Outlook on a PC and reverse. And also have the option to do a complete backup of my phone. Is there a free software that does this? Thanks in advance.

I have a Droid Turbo that just upgraded to version 6.0.1, and as a result I can no longer separately control my ring volume and notification volume. I am on call at night and need to be able to receive phone calls but do NOT want to be notified when I get a text. I have no problem with turning off my wifi and data usage at night to eliminate other notifications, but how do I turn off the text notification volume while leaving my phone ringer on?

Hiii, i am using htc desire 820s , my phone is troubling me with the memory card, it is working for 1 or 2 days and suddenly it shows that memory card removed and when i restart my phone card will be detected again.
Please give suggestions to solve this problem
