So I just recently activated my card on Samsung Pay to take advantage of the offer they had going for a set of free Level U wireless headphones.

I never read into it despite having it on my phone, and I had just been using Android Pay.

For some reason i was looking into the FAQ and looking online today and realized it's a completely different system and doesn't use NFC and can literally be used at almost every POS system with a card swipe!!! As long as it's not one where you insert the card, or am i wrong about this too?

I've been seeing those commercials with Hannibal Buress on them and I've just been turning to my wife and saying "that's not true at all, the store has to activate the system first!"

Holy cow do I feel like I've wasted so much time not using this thing! I'm going to start paying with EVERYTHING with my phone! Plus in a few weeks i'll be getting my new Galaxy S7 Edge and i'll be like "BAM dual edge screen and i'm payin with my phone! Everyone out of my way!!"

I haven't been able to use my LG Volt for some time now, so my account got suspended and my number was erased. I called customer service and they went through the steps with me to help gain access to my account again. They already gave me a new number, but it hasn't transferred to my phone physically. Does this mean that I have to do a factory reset and do the activation process so that my number can be updated?

The sim card company is the same on both the devices, even i have an i phone 5s with the same simcard and there my money or balance isnot used up

Since updating all of my apps last week, when my Galaxy S5 is charging, the battery status shows on a separate lock screen. It is a blue screen with the time at the top, it say speed, continuous, trickle. Sometimes there is an ad, other times there isn't. Does anyone know what app would be causing this, or has something changed in my settings. I have tried uninstalling a lot of apps, I'm now down to the ones I use all the time.

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm debating between the S7 and S7E and one of my concerns is despite what ZAGG has said, there won't be a good glass screen protector for the S7E. I've been using glass screen protectors since I got the S5 and love them. They work great, look great and protect the screen from scratching. I've had to replace it once after dropping the phone and the protector cracked but the main screen didn't.

I've been looking to see what kind of glass the screen is made of to see if screen protectors are still needed. Has glass tech gotten better since the S5?

Hi, I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 and one of my favorite android features is Google Voice. It's so accurate these days and there are so many commands and things it can do for you I'm trying to use it more and more in my every day use. Personally the most useful application for Google Voice would be to allow me to control my phone while driving.

The problem is as soon as I start driving it doesn't seem to respond very well. If the car is stationary (for example if waiting at traffic lights) Google Voice works perfectly but when the car is in motion it doesn't seem to be able to pick up the command phrase "Okay Google" and sometimes when it does it prompts me to retrain Google Voice. When driving my phone is connected through Bluetooth to the cars audio system and I have tried playing around with the option to use a Bluetooth headset for Google Voice. I have also tried placing the phone of a soft material (to minimize vibration) and turning the car audio system down in case the phone is picking up static or some kind of feed back. When driving my phone is only about 1m away from my mouth and my car is relativity quiet so I don't think my voice is being drowned out the engine or road noise.

Is there anyway I can get this working?

I recently purchased a Galaxy Note 5 off of Facebook. The gentleman claimed it was unlocked to any carrier (Canada). Prior to paying, I used an IMEI checker to ensure it wasn't stolen, as well as inquiring with the local carriers that they would honor the phone. Everything seemed to check out. The gentleman had also just done a factory reset on the phone to clear all of his accumulated data. When I arrived home and put my own sim card into the phone, the first screen came up asking for a SIM network unlock PIN. I dismissed this, and tried to the device through other means. I made it as far as it requiring a google account that has previously been synced with the device. Just for giggles I tried my own gmail account, to no avail. I've been trying to get a hold of the guy who sold me the phone for three days now, but of course he's no where to be found. I'm so very upset, hundreds of dollars just gone to waste. It's a beautiful phone, was supposed to be a birthday gift for my daughter. Can anyone please help me? I would be so grateful for any advice (other than to stop buying expensive electronics from strangers.. lesson learned haha).

I've installed a 64 GB Sandisk dual USB drive in the USB port on my note 5 and transferred 4000 tracks of music to it in a folder named (oddly enough) Music. I've tried 2 different file manager apps and they both can work with these files. However, the 3 MP3 player apps I've tried do not look beyond internal memory for input and apparently do not have the capability to be told where to get tracks from.

One other item of note is both the file manager programs will play a Single tune in a bare minimum MP3 app.

I went into the Tmobile store to get information regarding the new Samsung 7 series phones, and I was told the new phones will be in store in April. I find that hard to believe!.Has anyone heard anything different?.

I have a Sony Experia Z3v, and it just updated to Android 5.1.1 today. I noticed after the update that the notifications for my texts would show up for only about a second and then disappear, even if I hadn't check the notification yet. I played with all of the notification settings and nothing worked. Finally, I realized that as I receive the text message my phone is marking it as having been read right away, which is why the notification disappears. Anyone have any idea how to resolve this? I'm using the pre-installed Message+ and played with the settings for the app as well.

Recenlty my LGG3 will not connect to the camera. It started happening randomly. I searched online and have cleared the camera cash, stopped the google app from updating and even did a hard reset. The hard reset worked for about a day but then the error started appearing again. I've tried downloading different camera apps too but always get the 'cannot connect to camera' error.

What should I do next? Any ideas?

I've missed several important calls because my phone was in mute, rather than sound or vibrate. I do not EVER intentionally select mute mode. Why does my phone automatically select it, and what can I do to stop this annoying, potentially costly malfunction?

I want to buy a new smartphone and I need some advise to help me choose between OnePlus2 and LG G4, I like both phones.
does the LG G4 worth spending 130$ extra to get it ?
