got notice of new system update today (7?).
it downloads then fails to install.tried wiping cache but still no go.
anybody else success / failure?

I've read on other forums that people have gotten this to work successfully. I've tried what they suggested, but I am still unable to see my voicemail inbox from within Google voice.

So i have been using my lg g5 for like a month and i noticed when i open some photos there are some lines and weird shapes over them,pretty much you can just see little pieces of them,what should i do?

Hi, guys. I'm using a Nexus 6 on Project Fi. I brought it over from Sprint after upgrading to 7.0 in November. I got the November security update on December 7 but haven't seen the December or January security updates, the update to 7.1.1. Is anyone else using this phone on Project Fi and are you seeing updates? I feel a little abandoned here. Thanks!

I got this Promark P70-VR drone for Christmas. Worked just fine connecting to wifi & app. Phone tells me update is available for Marshmallow. Figured what the hell it's gonna force it on me later anyways. Well now it (connects but says no internet). I have researched a little bit & this isn't an easy fix because I've done all of those little things to try. I just want answers on how to fix this wifi Marshmallow problem rather it's an encryption problem, app needs be updated, or Marshmallow just sucks. Thanks for your time everyone & hope someone has an legit answer for me & all the other people with this problem.

Is this option not available on the Pixel? I've always used this feature with my previous android phones, but now it appears to be gone...

nevermind, I figured it out. It only displays if your phone is locked, small text icon in the bottom left corner. if you are using the phone, you only get two options, answer or decline.

I've noticed every since the beta program for Nougat for the Nexus 6p that at a certain time during the day, no matter what automatic brightness setting you have your display set to, the screen will unfortunately automatically dim . I understand in the Nougat version on the Pixel that there's a nightlight mode but this isn't it. It's literally dimming the screen usually to almost unusable brightness levels. I've tried to adjust the brightness slider to half way, however unfortunately that doesn't seem to make the screen brighter at all. I've even tried t to pretty much "Max out" the brightness slider, however that will just burn out the battery excessively of course. My workaround for now has been to just go into the phones brightness settings and turn off automatic brightness mode and keep the slider at a very minimal level. I think it's got something t do to with the light sensor on the phone in conjunction with the beta software. Has anyone else experienced this at all? Thank you for any feedback!

i can't watch youtube on my phone

Phone not connected to any carrier, so no SIM, LCD on way out, but can play two or three movies in row without a hitch. However, when display screen times out, phone falls into blinking screen hard to come out of. Would the blinking stop if a SIM card is installed and connected to a Verizon line?

There was a lot of discussion here about problems with the 6P connecting to car phone systems. For me, it would connect and then disconnect then reconnect every 20-60 seconds. Completely unusable. I stopped using it.

I got the Huawei Mate 9 and it does exactly the same thing.

Personally, I think it's the fact that I have a 2010 vehicle. Older. However, I think some people said they had the problem with newer cars. Maybe it's Nougat. I disabled it on the Huawei too. Unusable.
