This is really a minor issue but it's pretty annoying. Facebook sync was previously syncing my contact photos with people's profile pictures. For about 3 months now it hasn't been working at all. Matter of fact when I look at the Facebook Account under the Sync setting it has none of the checkbox options to sync anything like the other accounts.

I have tried the following:

Logged out of Facebook
Removed the HTC Sense app permissions on Facebook
Ensured Facebook Platform is enabled
Removed the Facebook account on the sync settings
Re-added the Facebook account
Re-logged into Facebook
Re-approved the HTC sense permissions

It's really frustrating after I went through the whole effort of making sure all my contact's names match their facebook profiles. I appreciate any help anyone can give me.

I am now using a T-Mobile GS-7 Edge. I have had this issue on two GS-6 and a GS-5. This is my third operating system. On kitkat I was fine, on lollipop the issue started and stayed up to current day. An application is causing my apps not to auto update even though I have all of my setting to auto update. They will sit in a "pending" status. I can watch my battery draining and feel my phone heat up until I go in and force update my apps in the play store. I can't figure out which app is causing the issue. I've removed all of my old apps. Is there a diagnostic tool or someone out there that can help? Google tech support, T-Mobile store associates and phone tech support cannot figure out what is causing this. I'm despite and about to switch to Apple.

Last night I was excited to download the Marshmallow Update on my Moto G 2nd Gen. The install was supposed to take around ten minutes, but I noticed it was happening rather quickly, 4 minutes tops, and when the phone rebooted, I got the dreaded "No Command" screen with the sad Android lying down. I tried looking up some tips on factory resetting the phone, but the phone just keeps rebooting and showing that same screen. I'm not sure if this has happened to anyone else who owns the device. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have the Gear S and the Samsung S3 (both through T-Mobile). I have noticed that when I move out of Bluetooth range of my phone, the watch won't connects remotely and when I come back within Bluetooth range of the phone the watch will not automatically reconnect via Bluetooth. It remains on " Gear only" setting (even when the phone and the watch are sitting right next to one another- it used to take seconds to pair back again one from each other). It used to work fine, but after the Samsung mgr update everything went wrong. I really like this watch and it was fine when I bought it. I did everything : Uninstall Samsung Gear app mgr, Reset the watch, unpaired watch from phone, paired again. what else can I do????. I want to think that this still the best watch ever.

My wireless charger just stopped working. I have not had any problem until last night. I could not get it to "connect" no matter what position I placed my phone. Tried turning on the daydream feature that I had read needed to be turned on. But, nothing. My phone charged just fine on my other wireless charger in my office earlier in the day. also charged just fine with the cord. This seems like a dumb question...but, is it my wireless charger that has gone bad...it is fairly new....or, is there something that I am missing?

I want to be able top swype v and h to have "=)" appear or be one of the options in the suggestion bar. My old phone had this feature, and no I haven't compared versions or anything. My phone is Samsung galaxy s6.

I recently updated to marshmallow and now my apps (solid explorer and 3c toolbox) cannot even see that my usb drive is there when I plug it in. I have tried 2 different adapters, no go. I tried plugging it into the computer and it can be read fine. If I go to storage it will show up and let me navigate through it but my apps won't even notice it at all. I am used to backing up my apps in this fashion and need to solve this quickly. The notification says it is plugged in for media transfer. I have also tried assigning a drive letter and using usb debugging mode as well as paying for the otg plugin for solid explorer - which did nothing. Please help me figure this out as it is a very important part of my backup process! Thanks ahead of time guys! BTW its in FAT32.

The clock on my phone also went back an hour, so am I somehow getting a signal from the announced expansion to Coeur d'Alene, Idaho? I have a LG k7 I just bought I have a 16 gig sd card it will not let me transfer over any files from my internal rom and onto my SD card someone said its cuz of the new KitKat are you serious they haven't fixed that that's like the most important thing

I can't understand why its taking so long for a video to upload to dropbox! this is ridiculous and then it also failed the first time! Then i tried to click on that thing that said i could send larger files to friends and contacts and that is taking forever too!!!
i am super annoyed!

The camera on the new S7edge is phenomenal... But I just noticed that the Vignette filter is gone in the photo editor, something I used to use often. Looks like I'm going to have to try a few third party editors.
