Huawei schedules April 6th event in London, P9 unveiling likely

After rumors that Huawei was gearing up to unveil the Huawei P9 next month, the Chinese manufacturer has officially announced the date for a new product announcement. Set for April 6th in London, it's not too far off from the originally rumored April 9th date.

Once again, it's time to look back at Android's distribution numbers. Last time we reviewed these numbers we saw Android Marshmallow at 1.2% distribution. That number has jumped up slightly to 2.3% for this month.

HTC slashes $100 off the price of the HTC One A9

The One A9 was built to be a mid-range phone, but HTC hurt the device by pricing it more like a flagship device. It started at $400 for launch and was bumped up to $500 soon thereafter. Th original price is back.

T-Mobile customers with the LG G Stylo and HTC One M8 will be happy to hear that the company is now pushing out Android 6.0 Marshmallow for the devices. T-Mobile didn't go into grave detail about the changes, but that's mostly because the changelogs closely mirror the standard changelog for Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
