Hey everyone, I currently own a 8000nex which worked wonderfully with carplay but in typical pioneer fashion forces you a year later to spend another $1500 to get android auto.

If I get one of the newer units I won't be getting gps etc because the phone can do that. Is android auto worth downgrading or should I just stick to galaxy car mode?

I got the swipe to start screen and the lock screen with my pass code. I just want my pass code screen. Please someone help me!!!

I have been trying to find the perfect keyboard and with the edge Samsung stock keyboard seems to be working incredibly well for me, it's correction for my sloppy typing is working wonders.

I have tried Google keyboard on this phone and I love the layout but it's correction seems considerably less strong compared to the stock samsung.

I do not need tons of features, just looking for a simple accurate clean experience that works well.

I do not swipe as well, touch type kinda guy :)

Since the last major update to my HTC One M9, i cannot turn my phone sideways to watch videos or see pictures full screen. It also affects the way i take pics, I'm not able to take pictures upright with the camera. I've switched the Auto-Rotate feature on and off and back on over and over again. Please help somebody!!!! Not to mention other little issues i've had since this update.....

While jumping around on several home networks, I accidently hit "forget" on one, and now phone won't recognize that network . Is there a solution to reconnect?

I can successfully play a DVD movie on my Toshiba Chromebook using an LG external DVD player, but when my son tries to play a game ("Age of Empires"), which is Windows-based, he gets an error message that it only runs on Windows PC-based desktops. Is there any way around this?

This morning i took my phone off the charger, into the bathroom where i took a shower and played music. Then, about 5 minutes after my shower the power button, home button, and back button stopped working. Also, when on my phone it would act as if i was holding the home button down and go to google and the camera. What can i do if it may be water damage? Also i installed an anti virus app and cleared a lot of stuff on my phone and thst seemed to help a great amount. Please help me

My phone was near dead and I plugged it into the charger and I soon noticed that it wasn't charging. I tried all combinations of places to plug it in, including my pc. I used multiple power bricks and cables. I used a usb 3.0 plug that came with the phone and normal usb chargers. I kept messing with it and couldn't get it to charge so it died. I kept trying and somehow managed to get it to charge to 12 percent while it was totally off with a regular usb charger. Once I turned the phone on however, it stopped charging. I turned it back off and plugged it into my pc with the same charging cable and there was some haptic feedback and then a grey battery with a white lightning bolt came up and then went away. This bolt comes back along with the small vibration every few seconds and then goes away again. I tried plugging the charger that came with it into the computer while it was on and the phone acted as if it were charging for just a moment (literally a split second), before it stopped charging again. It is still off and plugged into my pc with the flashing battery lightning bolt thing, and not gaining any charge. What should i do?

I'm looking for a messaging app that will allow me to get a read receipt when a message either SMS or MMS is read. Any help is appreciated.

Before I even had a clue about this business with recovery, root etc. I did root my other GS4. Both are Cricket and I was attempting to swap out tethering provisions file in / system/apps. Well I couldn't get it to go and hit the install on the apk and all heck broke out. The device rebooted and notifications came up saying unfortunately com.phone.android has stopped and I have no Keyboard. I can't open APK s. I can see on /system/xbin that su is there but I no longer have root. Can't install king root because it's am APK. PLEASE can someone help me?

Having trouble with my S6. Whenever I'm trying to play videos from my gallery (only the ones i've not recorded myself), it plays for about 2 seconds before freezing. I've removed cache and changed video player with no luck.

my note 4 soft ware 5.1.1. coj5 has very bad battery performance which was very very good with 4.4.4 but with locked bootloader on coj5 i can't downgrade . any way to downgrade again to kit kat
