I recently purchased an unlocked S5 that was originally a T-Mobile phone. I am now using a Cricket SIM and the phone did update to Lollipop from Kitkat when I inserted the SIM.
Does anyone know if I will be upgraded to Marshmallow?

I recently purchased an unlocked S5 that was originally a T-Mobile phone. When I turn the phone on I receive a warning to check the battery door to help keep it water resistant. I also receive a warning when I remove the charger to close the door to the charging port.

How can I prevent these from poping up?

Just like the title says,curious if anyone on here has any Nexus 6 cases floating around on the cheap. My Spigen hybrid cracked and my Unicorn Beetle has seen better days. Im sure someone here must have a few kicking around.Let's see what you've got!

I opened Google Play Movies & TV app after it was updated on Monday, just seeing what's new on this update and, there's a notification to pick 5 out of 11 movies for free, just for been a S7 customer. Movies include Godzilla (2014), Pacific Rim, 300: Rise of an Empire, 5 DC Comics Animation movies (Batman movies mostly).
Apparently you can get more movies for free (up to 5 times), and this offer is valid until September 1st, 2016.
Has anyone seen this?

Hey guys my phone heats up while in the pocket! Is that a problem? Anything I can do to not make it happen?

Whenever I unlock my phone it constantly goes to being a black screen and to my home screen. It keeps switching rapidly. I've tried shutting it off and restarting it but it keeps doing it. It's been doing this for 4 hours.

Iphone will see them and sync up but not the Samsung tablet

My Galaxy trend plus is started by heating up a lot and draining battery fast. The one day when I was charging it through a car charger it just ceased to charge till the battery got flat. I haven't been able to charge it through the cable. So I would remove battery and charge it on universal charger.I changed the touch screen of my phone which was cracked and it still worked though not charging normaly. I had the charging port changed and it wrkd for jst a day and then it it ceased to switch on altogether. It hasn't switched since then

Can anyone help me with the error message I'm getting when I try to sync music to my Samsung S4 Mini please?

I've been able to download it from the CD to my laptop but can't get it from there to my phone.

Got such great help on some APN issues, thought I would ask about bloatware, too. I realize that this is more subjective:

My G850A phone is sort of weird, at least for me. I thought an unlocked phone was generic, but this phone as all kinds of ATT stuff on it. There's apps of course and the ATT logo and jingle come on every time I power up. I can live with it, if it's a fact of life. I realize that I can turn off/disable some apps and that some cannot be uninstalled. I'm always concerned that I'll remove something tied into something else and have problems. Does someone know which ATT apps that I can safely disable without problems and still have the phone function properly? Thanks for any advice/help.

I have three apps installed. Three of them. Somehow, these three apps take up over TWO GIGS of storage. I already cleared all of their caches and did the basic workarounds. I cannot tap on any of the different types of storage from the storage menu in settings. (I.e. music, apps, system/other) The phone only comes with "eight" gigs of space. Without getting an SD card and without telling me to clear the individual cache of each and every app, which I've tried, is there any way to free up this space?

I use the stock messaging app and i have been having 2 issues since day one with the V10.

1. This phone does not seem to handle group texts at all, my message app crashes all the time even in smaller group texts that are 3-5 people.
2. I have one group text with 10-20 people in it and at times it will split those in to 2 separate texts. Not like if someone doesn't have a new phone and it is just one text. It actually splits it in to 2 groups.

i tried searching in this forum and didn't find much. hoping someone has a potential fix to the issue.

Suddenly my Samsung galaxy s6 has turned into black screen with x. When I do power and Volume down button for 15 seconds then it reboots but same black screen with x at the right or left corner appears. I tried to connect t fast charger but no joy.
After couple of hours screen came back alive for 30 seconds and then again it gone back to same black screen.
I had updated Andriod Marshmallow and its OS version is 6.0.1 Recently there was Samsung security patch as well.

Last week I updated to 6.0.1.

Since then my phone will not update the location.

I don't want to do a factory reset and I've done a partition wipe.

Anyone have another suggestion?

On my HTC 526 phone with Android 5.1, I only hear notification sounds when I first get a phone call or text. If I don't answer the phone or text, I never hear any notification sounds afterwards, so I have to keep looking at my phone to make sure I didn't miss something. I would like the sounds enabled to remind me (every several minutes or so) that there is an unanswered call/text. I don't see such a setting under Android 5.1. How can I configure the sound notification this way? Is it possible?
