I am for-e.v.e.r renaming my amazing, handy, SMART, beyond its time, personal secret weapon against our fast pased, no time to slow down lives. So often it saves me the headache and simplifies my day............ Galaxy Pen, where would I be without you.... so who else gives praises to the little helper a finger tip away. Doesn't Galaxy Pen or heck even G Pen sound more important, appreciated and fitting??

About two days ago, I was using my Motorola G (3rd generation) when the screen started to flicker after about 15 minutes of low-intensity use (reading a book). The longer I tried to use the phone, the worse the flickering became. A similar problem occurred yesterday and last night. I turned off the screen and stopped using my phone the first two times this problem occurred and I was able to use my phone about 15 minutes later without any problems. But last night I continued to use my phone until the screen completely blacked out and now the screen still won't move past a black stage even the morning after.

I can see some back-light coming from the screen, the phone is turned on (I can connect to WhatsApp web), and I believe that the touch sensitivity is still working as when I swipe across the screen the intensity of back-light changes.

In addition, I can no longer access files stored on my phone using my laptop running Windows 10. I installed new device drivers a few minutes ago. And there is a MotoG3 folder showing up on My Computer, but the contents are empty.

I did drop my phone some odd days ago. I can't remember if I had my first issues before or after this date, but the screen turned on immediately after I dropped it so I'd like to rule out the possibility that this event is leading to the problems.

Any advice on how to proceed (given that I can't access the phone's interface or underlying folders) would be greatly appreciated.

So, I recently thought of upgrading my phone to Android 6.0. I tried smart switch, but there is no "Upgrade" button there. Is it still possible to upgrade my phone?

Yes, my phone is rooted, however I removed it since I heard something that the upgrade required the phone to be unrooted.

Ok so long story short, my phone was full of trash so I restored the factory version. Knowing that all my files would be lost and not trusting Google's services (yes yes I know), I decided to be "smart" and copy all the files from my phone to my laptop via USB cable. After I reset my phone, I decided it was pretty nice and clean and that I won't put any files from that backup on my phone, trusting that I would be able to access them whenever I decided I needed them.
The swipe, of course, involved wiping all the notes from the default memo/text app on my Galaxy Core. So I decided that, hey, no biggie, they must be hidden somewhere in one of the Android system folders located in the copy of all the built-in SD card files that I made on my computer. But, after searching frantically for them, I can't find them any more.
So, can you help me? Those memos were very important to me, there were a couple of poems that I wrote, many drafts and a few songs, and, as a creative person, I cherish my creations dearly, and I don't want them to be thrown into the void. Yes, I made a stupid mistake, but maybe I copied the memo app files and I just can't find them? Maybe there's some other way to recover them, like rooting my phone and using that MobiKin "deleted file recovery" thingamajig? I really need those files back. Can anybody please help?

my phone is a Samsung S5. pictures taken without the flash are able to perform but not when the flash is on.

I. Don't Understand my- OK GOOGLE. does not work. I know how to say you name 3 times. When I say the first one the circle just KEEPS SPINNING. The only thing I did was try to find bookmarks to save my sites I'm on. And I think I tried to go through history. So I don't know if I did anything wrong. This is my 6th Note 5 since August, and it was sent to a 3rd party store 2 times within 3 weeks, because of some many problems. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!!!!!

The first time I try to use the camera every day I get the same issue. Double press the home button to launch camera and the app launches and then freezes at black screen. Click home button and double press again, same thing. The only thing that works is to unlock the phone go into the apps and then click the camera app. After that it works fine the rest of the day. Any ideas?

For the last few days my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has started rebooting (in a loop), and booting up to a 'Downloading - do not turn off target screen).

I've tried a factory reset which hasn't worked.

Samsung have said my warranty is void as apparently the device is rooted (it isn't AFAIK), and theres a very small crack/scratch on the camera cover.

In relation to rooting, the bootup screen does say its rooted. However, settings - about device - status gives me a device status of Official.

Could this be related to the battery, or would something like Odin help, or do I have a very expensive paper weight?

Any help would be greatly appreciated before I bite the bullet and order a new phone.

I hear a dialong tone while on the phone. It only happend at the begining of the call.

When im switching on my phone it is showing only htc android screen only. phone lights are getting on and off.
