For whatever reason my S4 keeps dying on me randomly. I've discovered that Maps is using like 40-60% of my battery and keeps the device awake even though I haven't opened maps or used it at all. I have since blocked the Keep Awake permission for Maps with App Ops, but the problem didn't go away. What could be causing this? I have maps on a S5 and that has no problems.

Im not sure if this post is against the policy, but if it is then Mods can remove this. Im planning to sell my silver s7 edge at&t (no scratches, never drop) with 8 cases (spigen,poetic, uag), wirelesspad, gear VR for at least $800? Is it a good deal or I can stretch it to $850? The cases alone are worth $100 already.

My phone used to show ambient display when the screen was off.

I haven't seen it in ages. Several apps post normal notifications in the normal notifications bar which I can see when screen's on.

I can hear sound notifications when the screen's off. But it never seems to activate Ambient display.
I've tried toggling Settings, Display, Ambient off and on. Restarted phone. Tried moving the phone.

Did they phase this out?

Hello. Ever since the latest Update on my Galaxy S6 Edge (to Marshmallow 6.0) the ringer/notification volume will randomly revert from silent to 'on'. Typically this occurs when I am listening to media through my headphones and a call either comes through, is made, or rejected. Following either of these events, the volume changes from silent to active. There have been other times when the volume changes randomly and not dependent on any specific occurrence. This is extremely disruptive at work! Anyone else having a similar issue?

Okay, so is it normal if use voice typing constantly for the Google Search app to be draining the battery? I mean I'm sure we all use the voice typing from Google that's phenomenal however by 2 p.m. 3 p.m. as you can tell by this screen shot , my Nexus 6 is already at 44% battery. I just don't get it.

I bought an internet 4g package. And now when i turn on mobile data there is no sign of mobile data on the top. When i put my sim in another mobile the internet started working.i dont know whay to do.
How can i fix it??

I use the timer app when I'm working out on my trampoline. I set it for 20 minutes and need to see the time remaining. Before the update, the font used for the numbers was larger and I was able to see the digits for 20 minutes without the screen timing out. Now it times out after 10 minutes and there doesn't appear to be any way to override this. Please revert back to the previous functionality!! Thanks.

This question probably gets "Dumbest Question of the Month" but we're perplexed as to why the two of us are not making the month on a 5GB plan when we used to do quite well on a 3GB plan. We have 3 employees that ride with my husband every day to work. One is very tech savvy. Without my husband's knowledge, IS IT POSSIBLE for one of them to be using his 4G data on their phone?

I mainly want this to watch Netflix or Amazon Prime and read some email and webpages whilst in bed. Is there anything I should know about these? I dont need to best performance ever, but I really dont want it to be so slow its unusable. Also for updates, is buying these brands going to limit my updating of software? Thanks in advance!

I have my phone doing what seems an infinite factory reset and I want go back to the recovery mode screen, that is cancel the request, after two hours I remove the battery but when I start it again the same resetting screen appears, how do I get rid of it to try a different way?
