Bumped phone screen black but can hear sounds lighting up etc Posted: 16 May 2016 12:46 PM PDT There is a bend on side of phone and marks on corner under screen. It is lighting up, can hear sounds etc but screen blank. A mark appears down left side of screen. Not insured. Any cost ideas. |
Is there a way to use the android device manager from google to override to the screen lock? Posted: 16 May 2016 12:40 PM PDT I forgot my backup pin and don't have a samsung account. I have since used the google android device manager to find it, however when I try and reset the lock screen with a password lock it says that due to there already being a lock screen it isn't needed. I've 2 more tries before it factory resets and would like to avoid that if possible, if not is there a way to backup my data remotely? |

Changed my dns on lollipop, now I don't have an internet connection Posted: 16 May 2016 12:32 PM PDT So I changed my DNS to Google's and I added everything it asks, ipv4 adress, gateway and DNS servers but when I open chrome it tells me I'm offline, don't know what to do since this works on my phone and it used to work fine on my old 4.1 tablet. I really need this, so if someone could help me I would really appreciate it.. Thanks ! |
Why I receiving error code while I am trying download App. Posted: 16 May 2016 12:22 PM PDT Hi, I recently did a factory reset on my Galaxy s4 and tried installing some apps on my S4, it doesn't work as I keep receiving error codes this message. "DF-DLA-15" please help I can't download apps, it doesn't allow me to download any applications. kind regards Saman. |
LG G5 - how to change notification sounds? Posted: 16 May 2016 12:20 PM PDT I just got this phone and it seems to have the same sound for, text, gmail and all other notifications. I would like to make some different and I would like to silence others. For instance, I don't want to hear a sound every time I get an email. But I would like my text sounds to be unique from other sounds, etc. Thank you! |

Posted: 16 May 2016 12:17 PM PDT On the G3 we had earlier before the G5 you could show the contacts in a grid view. I haven't been able to find this option on the G5, is there any other way to get the grid view in the contacts on the G5? Thanks Jan |

Thinking of switching from Iphone 6s plus to a note 5 Posted: 16 May 2016 11:58 AM PDT I have been through all the new updates of the Iphone and currently have a Iphone 6s plus, but lately I have been unhappy with the newer iphones like my currently one. It seems to freeze more and not be as functional- I have been deciding whether to go to Note 5 and is it worth it, any tips or advice from other people who made the switch |
