Why on earth would I need a Mophie Juice Pack when I have such awesome battery life, right? I went to the field with my unit and my phone died after sitting at a checkpoint for 18 hours and no charging source.

Has anyone used one yet? I'm more worried about scratching the crap out of the back and sides of my phone. The last one I had was on an iPhone 5 and the back and had permanent slide marks on the back from the case. Have they got better over the years?

Otherwise I'll just get a bank for it.

After the most recent update to my phone it has stopped vibrating. 80% of the time my phone is on vibrate because of work and school so its a feature I use a lot. Now after trying to restart it, go through the settings and trying to the safe mode it has not fixed this issue. Does anyone have a quick fix for this or experiencing the same issue?

Is anyone else having problems transferring video files to their computer?

I'm on a macbook pro 1O.6 and used Android File Transfer before with LG 3 but it's not recognizing the LG 5. I thought it was the USBC and downloaded drivers from LG. Still no luck. The LG "Bridge" wouldn't install. Chat support was awful. Their support thought usbc was a dvd player.

Also said Slimport was not supported on it. Is that true, I thought it was?

Point being Android devices used to always have user-replaceable batteries, that is until the last couple of years (Nexus devices not withstanding) where most Android OEM's have succumbed to the Apple method of sealing the battery into a device for form over functionality (why wouldn't they if the masses buy into it? It's to their advantage to limit device longevity and ensure more frequent sales).

In comparison I have absolutely zero battery anxiety ever as I refuse to accept this paradigm and stick with a device (Note 4) that still provides the option of a user-replaceable battery that gives me the option of getting back to a full charge anytime I choose via a spare battery. Not to mention zero worry about just using and abusing my device without any concern to its battery's health (ex. since I can replace it anytime based on my choosing).

Then again, many will respond with the typical "If it gets me through a full day, no worries" mantra. Problem is that buys into device OEM's sealing that battery up and no longer giving the rest of us a viable option. Thus you are part of the problem that limits every one else's options...

I've discovered recently that my message settings dissapeared. Not sure after which update. I was trying to change my message bacgrounds and bubbles and realised that bubbles are gone. No option to change them. Any idea?

Every time I get a notification of an app needing an update, I click on it, but the screen just goes white and nothing happens. I tried clearing data, cache and uninstalling updates on Google Play Store. Now, when I re-start my phone I get a message that Google Play store won't operate until I download updates, which I obviously can't do, since that was my problem in the first place. In addition to this, my location services stopped working on my phone. I've only had this phone a few months!

I have a Samsung Galaxy S6. I would like to set up a signature line to show up automatically when I text. ie., Fondly, Johanne. I have seen it on texts that I have received but I cant figure out how to set it up on my phone. Thanks.

I used to be able to long press images in the chrome browser, then select 'copy image' to copy an image to the clipboard and paste it in other locations.

a few months ago the 'copy image' option disappeared.

i cant remember if this coincided with an adroid and or chrome update.

why did they remove copy image?
can i turn it back on?

i dont want to use another browser, as chrome is excellent for everything else. it sucks to have to either save the image, or get the direct URL just to be able to share an image.

specifically i post on a forum site where i have to switch out of mobile view in order to attach an image using the direct URL. it was great in the past where i could just copy the image and paste it into a post, while remaining in mobile view on the forum site.

please help!

Why buy a 2 year contract Android phone knowing Verizon will never send me an update with the latest security patches. I am still on 5.0 May 2016.

My wife's Iphone is update at least 1-2 a year.

Google needs to take updates out of carrier hands like Apple.
