recipient box fills in but cant write message

As per the title, I'm about to receive my 3rd S7 edge in just 3 months as the last 2 have been replaced under warranty due to pink blotchy bars appearing on the screen, especially when browsing. Mostly vertical, and sometimes hanging off dark images on white backgrounds (which turn grainy pink and grey when the effect happens. )

Both phones got hot too and suddenly lost a lot of battery % (bottom right for the heat) . The last one also reverted to greenish text on the always on display rather than white and a night clock with a backight glow rather than pure black background.

I think the display processor / adapter is getting toasted. Both were exynos versions and fully up to date in terms of Android updates etc. Not dropped or wet.

Atleast they are being replaced but my confidence in Samsung's quality is now pretty dented.

Anyone else having such issues? My first dip into Android land for several years after countless iPhones. If the 3rd dies then I think I will have to consider alternatives.

In serious need of help... Is there a way to get the images off my phone ? i cant enter my passcode due to the broken screen therefore when i connect it through usb nothing comes up. I really cant afford to lose these and at the moment im willing to try anything. Ive already tryed the wondershare program but it doesnt support the s7 :( any help is appreciated

My kids both have an Samsung Tab S4, and I have an ASUS ZenPad S 8. Every time I've loaded movies or videos onto the MicroSD cards we haven't been able to find them again, and we can't watch them through any of apps.

My latest attempt was on my ZenPad. I loaded the movies in MP4 format to ">root>Removable>MicroSD>Android>data>com.google.android.videos"

Am I saving the files to the wrong folder? I tried watching the movies through Play Movies and Video Player.

Thoughts?

I deleted info from default calendar app on LG G3 and it deleted the info also on my tablet. Is there a solution to retrieve the info?

so I have been desperately trying to look EVERYWHERE on the internet about my problem and I have had zero luck, so hopefully someone on here can lead me in the right direction.

At the more towards end of April I bought a Galaxy S7 Edge, I was really excited about it sense I have been an avid iPhone user and I wasn't happy at all w/ my iPhone 6 Plus. (I digress) Everything was working perfectly... until about 2 weeks ago.

As I was using my Facebook app, my phone froze for only 3 seconds (first time the phone even froze at all on me) and then right after that I saw I had these thick, dark, 'translucent' lines across my phone screen and it only works when I have the phone turned on full brightness and they only show up when I'm trying to change the brightness setting.

Side note: I HATE having my phone on full brightness (O_O like holy shet I'm blind yo).

I thought it was odd so I rebooted the phone, and they were still there, I started to panic a bit as it was a new phone but I was way past the 15 return policy.

So basically my question is: Has anyone else had this problem? If so what did you have to do? Where you able to fix it yourself or did you have to take it in to your mobile phone carrier's store? Or did you have to talk to Samsung?

Hi guys I just got my Nexus 6 this morning. I love it! Just need to find an app that will help with the video recording focusing issue ( Any recommendations?) and ill bet pretty much set :) . Being that the phone is bigger , I am going to make use of the google now features i can do when pressing the button on my headphones and tell my nexus to call someone from my contact list. The only issue I am having though is when I tried holding down the button it said I have to allow my microphone to have access to my phone while its in locked mode and I'm not sure how to do that. I hope someone who was in a similar situation figured it out and can possibly help me :) Thank you !!

I am getting this message on my HTC 10 on Verizon after updating my phone. My phone is showing the proper software number so I can't get it to update. HTC Sync manager alerts that there is an update but then shows my phone as updated. Any thoughts?

The other day, I went to the Cubs game and put my phone on ultra power saving mode. When I got home and turned it back off, my phone syopped giving me notifications. I get them from Facebook, Twitter, and instagram, and Snapchat. But for ESPN, MLB At Bat, The Score, and other sports apps I get nothing. But the notifications on those apps are all turned on.

I have several google calendars synced with the google calendar app on my android phone, and it has options to "notify on this device" but the only way I get notified of a new event is via e-mail. Is there a way for the app itself to notify me like a post on facebook would?

I have a film app and everything I go to watch a film it's asking for me to put 4 numbers in and I don't remember locking it

one day i accidentally dropped my phone in the toilet. Ever sense then I put my phone in rice. It still works but it keeps rebooting and its very annoying. how am i able to stop this proccess.
