I have a Note 5 running Android 6.0.1. Recently the Verizon Messages+ icon disappeared from the dock. It was not in the app drawer. I found it in Widgets. This was the only way I could put it back on the home screen, but the icons on the dock seem to have gotten bigger and now only four will fit (including the Apps icon) where five fit before this happened. My screen grid is set to 5x5. I cannot drag the Messages+ icon onto the dock. It just pops back to the home screen. I have not wanted to change my launcher as I've read that S-Pen may not work right with another launcher, and the S-Pen was the main reason I got this phone. I can live with the Messages+ icon not on the dock, but I am really wondering what happened and if there is a way to have the dock show five icons again.

Hi, my VPN clients stopped working suddenly. I used Kepard VPN then, which showed no error. When I tried switching to Hotspot Shield it's giving an error saying VPN.API is missing from your device. I had received this error around 4 months back, but it disappeared mysteriously. But, now I am stuck. I tried to delete and install the VPN dialogsapk, but it didn't work. I also factory reset my device. I'm running stock 4.4 KitKat on a Lenovo A328. My device is rooted. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The phone keeps defaulting to no notification. In checking notification status or trying to change the notification tone the "unable to play during call" is displayed.

Can anyone explain how contacts works please, and how best to set it up?

At one point, I ended up with not just duplicate contacts, but quadrooples!

1) How can I remove ALL my contacts from the sim card, keeping just what's on the device (backed up to MSD)

2) I also see duplicates caused by contacts being on the device AND on Google. Very confusing:-/

Any help explaining how the contacts list works, I'd be very grateful for.

My phone died, I charged it. I'm trying to power off. I have pushed the button on the right side of the phone. I get a popup with Power Off, Airplane Mode, Restart, and Emergency mode. I press power off, and the receive a voice activated message to press "power off". I'm in a loop. Can anyone tell me how to get out of the loop?

Why does my phone keep saying verify ur account every time I reset it

I was trying to attach LG 360 cam with my quad copter and also on the bottom side. I used a retractable arm and hooked up cam with it. Pl. see the video here.

All the screen does is flash teamwin and I can't do anything after that. When I first turn it pon it will show recovery boot then seconds later the team win will start flashing. Is there any way to fix this?

Since Google made available the option to have Exchange on Gmail, I added my school and work accounts to Gmail, which was quite nice. However, I can only add new contacts to my main account (Which, I'm assuming is based on what is registered on play store/ Google App). Is there a workaround for this? I checked in Accounts & Sync, and they all three are set to sync contacts, but like I said, my only options are my Gmail account and Phone (cloud).

I bought an Elephone P9000 a couple of months ago and I just ran into my first problem with it, I restarted my phone and when I'm asked to put my password, the keyboard comes up, but when I try to type any letters it comes down again, I can't clear the keyboard app's cache so I just don't know what to do. I bought a brand new S7 Edge off of Swappa.com for a great price. It came just as described, clean serial number and all. My question is, is it automatically under Samsung's warranty or do I need to register it? Also, does T-Mobile have some warranty I'm able to get as well or would I have had to bought directly from T-Mobile? Thank you!
