it is on my phone now and i cant switch off my phone

I downloaded a my alarm clock app that I want to stay on all night. I clicked stay awake in developers options but it still kicks off after 7 hours.

Hi, I plan on using my old phone (Samsung galaxy y) as a surveillance camera while I'm on holiday for 3 weeks. The phone will be always plugged in to the wall. I'm wondering if there are any safety concerns regarding this. I have already left it in for the night with no problems. And neither the phone nor case are hot.

Does a new Samsung galaxys6 come with a screen proctor already on it from unopened box

RCA is purposely selling Android virus infected devices with STAGEFRIGHT. RCA is refusing to give me a brand new tablet but will give me a reconditioned one if I pay to return it to some tech repair place. My purchase from WALMART was for a brand new RCA ANDROID 5.0 GOOGLE, with HANGOUTS pre-installed, tablet, free from damages...including viruses....I have shown proof of purchase, as well as proof this virus is on my tablet, and came with the tablet....Then mysteriously I have been denied access to these files...hmmm....

What is this strange white remote-looking icon on my screen and where did it come from?? It just appeared out of nowhere today and I have done everything to try and remove it, but it still won't go away!

It closes at 4:00 every morning I clicked the stay awake in developers options already and it still closes.

I am using a Nexis 6P with Android 6.0.1. I set an animated wallpaper (Nexus Revamped from Play Store), but the phone reverts to a default wallpaper where is is restarted. Has any seen this problem?

I have the rebooting issue and most recomendations are to go with a replacement battery.

It has good reviews and a longer battery life wouldbe nice. I would have to get a new case or go naked with it. Curious to hear from anyone with experience on a larger battery.

Otherwise I will go with a normal 3000mAh replacement.

When talking on the phone my notification sounds will go off for incoming text messages. How do I turn this off?

Ok so i've just received my new Samsung Galaxy s6 Edge. Brilliant phone, I'm just in the process of unpeeling all the stickers and screen protectors that arrived with the phone. One question thought, does the phone come with a protective plastic cover on the heart rate monitor area? I've shun it in the light and it seems to be there but I am not sure, could someone advice me before i start trying to scratch the plastic off only to find out there wasn't one there in the first place :?

So I have a Note 5, my wife have a Note3. We also have about 4 other PCs in the house right now. All of the other devices can use the WiFi perfectly except for mine. I can connect to the wifi, and it does say that I'm connected. However I can't use the Internet at all when I'm on wifi, only on 4G. No matter what app I'm in. Any ideas as to why just my device is doing this?

Looked for troubleshooting and it says turn automatic off but I dont have anything that says automatic

I'm thinking about switching soon from Verizon (CDMA) to Cricket (GSM), so I recently checked whether my Verizon GS4 will work OK on Cricket. Results: it works OK for me with 2G and 3G. At the 4G level I get the HSPA+ icon (sort of 3G+). My phone also worked fine for text, voice, email, internet, data, etc.
BTW, the phone compatibility checker on the Cricket web site shows that my GS4 is not compatible on Cricket, but it sure works well enough for me, mainly because I use very little data per month. I also posted about this on the Verizon GS4 forum.
