Just updated to Marshmallow. First thing i did was go into the battery settings. I turned on "optimize" but when I go out of it and back in, the setting is back to being turned off.

two arrows pop up from the phone icon and the camera icon. I swipe but it won't respond.

my phone says i have to download samsung smart switch for mac os x and i don't know how or what to do.

I have tmobile and a grandfathered 2 lines unlimited data plan. I'm paying 240 a month for a note 5 and note 4 and a gear s watch. Well I'm in easton md and on my primary line I'm not getting full Internet. It keeps dropping data. Well my second line gets 600k download. So I called tmobile last night and guess what since I opted out of blinge they took it upon them selves to drop my data speed on my primary line. Because I used over 10gb a month. So now on my primary line is have dropped calls and Internet goes in and out when it shows I have 4glte. So I'm going to sprint because apparently if I don't want to be apart of there blinge service on my unlimited data plan they can drop my data. With to me is fraud. Because you list it as unlimited data.

Where are videos, taken with the native camera app, stored. I know and have sen the storage area to my SD card, but when I connect the phone to my computer (PC) and use file manager (want to get the video off and edit it), I only see photos (.JPG), no videos).

Where do videos get saved and what format are they (I assume .MP3).

I received my OP2 on Tuesday and out of the box it worked amazing. No issues, even when I upgraded to 2.2.0 two days ago it worked fine. I then had an issue with my Wifi extender, and to make it short I had to factory reset it. Everyone on my network at home (3 people all different devices) are able to connect to my main router downstairs and the extender. My OP2 however cannot connect to either and is having a huge problem right now. When I try and connect it shows obtaining IP, and then connected. But then when I go back into the wifi settings it shows obtaining Ip again and its like it's stuck in a loop.

So I tried everything and researched for hours. I tried Wifi off, airplane mode, clear cache, Wifi fixer apps, nothing works. So I thought as last resort I would factory reset which i did, but the problem still is here and is the same. I cannot connect to any wifi spots in my phone and everyone

my email has stopped working and this is the message i keep getting

the language is in chineese please i need to get a master key pasword to unlocked it

I'll make this as short as I possibly can.
I didn't trust myself rooting my phone. I know almost everything possible there is to know about root and what you can do with it, what not to do, etc. But the actual rooting of the device for some reason just made me a little uneasy. I paid oneclick root to root my phone for me. Simple. Fast. Ok.
Well, issue. I don't think it was done correctly. Because a day in (and me not even having the chance to do anything besides download a few apps for root) my Superuser SU Binary supposedly needed to be upgraded as it was now out of date. Well that caused my phone to go into melt down mode. And some how it crashed google play services so I was unable to download any apps, or update. So, I contact them to be like, yeah you guys did something wrong here and it needs to be fixed. The lady I dealt with told me to factory reset my phone, and that it should all go back to normal and I should still have the root. If there were any issues to contact them back and they would fix it. So I do as I'm told. I did NOT update, just factory reset the damn thing like she told me to. Well go figure that screwed it up even more. Now when I try to enter in my gmail for google services it says... "Couldn't sign in. Can't establish a reliable connection to the server. This could be a temporary problem or your Android device may not be provisioned for data service. If it continues, call Customer care."
I go right back to one click and I say like wtf buddy, what the heck did you guys just tell me to do. He then goes off, takes 20 minutes to respond to only tell me "oh well you must have updated it, so it's not our fault, therefore in order for us to fix it you need to pay extra for this other package" umm no. The package I paid for works just fine as it wasn't my fault, and secondly they are supposed to fix there mistakes. not to mention if I'm unsatisfied I give my legitimate reason, and then they refund me. But he was trying to tell me they won't. Anyways, I need help figuring out why the heck my google services is doing this and how I can fix it. I can't get any apps, and I just... I'm lost. Please someone help me.

I have tmobile currently and want to switch or try out sprint. I live in easton md and commute to Baltimore md. Well in easton I'm getting 600k download speed and in Baltimore I'm getting 30mb speed. Well now tmobile is throttling me and I have a grandfathered 100 a month family plan unlimited. So it's about time I switched. I have a note 5 and a note 4. Currently owe 1000 combined for the phones. Sprint is saying I have to put down 200 for the note 5 and a think 100 for the s6 plus and they will pay off tmobile. Problem is I don't know how the service is in easton md and they say I have a 15 day return period but if I return for bad service when will I get my money back?

I've seen that the Pro Shot developer reads this forum. There is a bug in Pro Shot, pictures are rotated i.e. landscapes display as portrait instead of landscape.

Can't set Google Now Launcher default! It's not even on the 'Home' menu to set it as default and when in keep pressing the app icon it's keeps saying "Nova Launcher is currently your default Launcher. To try the Google Now Launcher,set it from settings>home" this dialogue box keeps popping up! And there's no Google Now Launcher in home option.. I've tried everything. Even disabling all my launchers. And then I try to open Google Now Launcher it says "Google now launcher has stopped working".need a solution. Wanna use Google Now! TIA I'm running CM 12.1

Is there a separation/crack type thing on the plastic bezel around the screen from making this part?

I see a small "crack" that looks like it's from where the factory made the bezel.

Just checking to see if this is part of the hardware production or if it's a crack. Can't remember anything that would've caused a crack.
