I forgot my pin and i do have a google account how can i reset it or get my pin??

There will be a new disclaimer coming out for the s7 active. I just got off tge phone with a samsung rep. My phone has to be sent in samsung for repair.

The disclaimer is going to be you need to hold your phone upside down in water where the heaphone port is so water doesnt. Travel inside the phone.

Cant get passed metro pcs during

I have had my 4th replacement device and have had the exact same problem on all of the previous devices plus my current one. Randomly, my phone will freeze and half the screen will go either black or a static white (The color is also random) and the phone will reboot, and when it reboots, sometimes it splashes the static white screen on the ATT logo as the phone is booting, and sometimes it will boot loop for a minute. ATT will not do anything for me except keep replacing the device, and to me that's just bull****. Does anyone else have this problem? I have android 6.0, and have not had the problem on previous versions(5.x) but ATT said that 6.0 should have fixed that issue, which for me, it obviously did not. I have tried safe mode, and so far it's been working, so maybe it's an app? I don't know which app would cause this. I've been uninstalling different apps and it still has the problem, but i'll update if I find anything out.

I have a prepaid sprint HTC Desire cell phone.

I noticed over the last year that my airplane mode will suddenly switch on without me turning it on, and it never happens unless the Police come close to me.

There is a cop car that parks on the corner by my apartment. If I walk close to the car the airplane mode suddenly turns on. Sometimes I walk past and it turns on, or maybe I walk up to them and say hello and it turns on. Several times I noticed that they drive past me then suddenly turn around and pass back by me again up to four times in a few short minutes. Last night they passed me going south and then did a sudden donut and then passed me north and then turned the corner and came back and went south again. There was no one else around just me and a friend walking home from the store. Even my friend noticed and thought they were circling us in their car.

The airplane mode on my phone has remotely turned on when close to this cop car over ten times this last year. Otherwise my airplane mode is never turned on, not on accident or on purpose.

I poked around online and discovered that it is possible to activate airplane mode remotely but I don't understand why a law enforcement agency would want to keep remotely activating my airplane mode.

Is this a legal method of surveillance and is my local law enforcement agency gathering intelligence on me in this way? If so what would they be accessing.

I'm feeling pretty creeped out. Aside from some jay walking, smoking a little pot and being a sometime internet troll I'm certainly no criminal so what gives? Any ideas? Is this legal? What can I do about it?

This is a phone that is as elusive as it is intriguing and there appears to be no monetary valuation for it. BestBuy doesn't even have it. Oh how pray tell would a purchase be possible?

So I added a new song to my library through the music manager and through dragging it through google play online. It shows up online but doesnt sync to my phone..... whats wrong?

Changed the battery a couple of weeks ago but now it's not much better than the old one was. New one was dead when I installed it.
Anyone know of a site/ebay/Amazon seller to get one from that
might have fresher ones, if possible??

i have had my s7 edge for a few months now and about 3 days ago it stopped recording video
when i try i get a message that says warning recording failed a day when i click ok the camera just closes
i have not found anything online about this specific problem
i have tried everything i have seen posted for camera problems from restarting the phone to rebooting it and so on and so forth
i have plenty of room left both on my device and my massive sd card
photos are taken with no problems which only happen when i am trying to take video and yes i am using a native app for that
i am currently on vacation out of the us so cant go to my service provider
any help is much appreciated

Hi guys, lately when I try to choose an mp3 as ringtone, after I select the file the "settings" process is going to crash. How can I fix it?

I've had the Verizon S7 for about a month now and not sure why the battery is as bad as it is. I literally lose 1 percent a minute it seems. I have just about everything turned off on it and doesn't seem to make a difference. Wifi/bluetooth is off, location services, syncing, brightness, etc.... are all off. I've read numerous threads on what to turn off and have done so.

I'm coming from an iphone 6 with much less battery capacity and it definitely lasts much longer than this phone without turning everything off. What's the secret for this phone? Ready to get rid of it. I'd hate to see how much less I would have with normal things turned on instead of gimping the phone.

I am getting messages when I try to visit some websites that say "Sorry thus can not be visited". Most notably, it is interfering with my ability to use messenger however I do have the same problem on other webpages. Please help. Thanks.
