LG gpad 8.3 wont open files on usb after update Posted: 07 Jul 2016 02:21 PM PDT My gpad recently updated and now I cannot open any files directly from my usb zip drive. I have two of these tablets and both are doing the same thing. I have tried other drives and nothing works. I can however move files from the usb to internal storage and they will open fine. I can also save files to the usb just not open them. Verizon was no help and neither was LG. |

How can I undo this? And does she now have access to my contacts and photos and texts? Or is it just me who got access to this things? |
Posted: 07 Jul 2016 02:06 PM PDT Whenever I get a Facebook notification, even with sounds off, it breaks the systems audio. It goes into a tinny sounding mono mode. It's seriously annoying me. I think it's an n issue since I only remember Facebook messenger doing it when sound was on. Posted via the Android Central App |
How can I keep words from breaking across line breaks, when I import a Polaris document to MS Word? Posted: 07 Jul 2016 02:03 PM PDT When I create a document in Polaris Office and then open it in MS Word, individual words break at the end of the lines instead of the entire word moving to the next line. How can I stop this? |
How do I undo the USB host mode on my HTC One M7 ? Posted: 07 Jul 2016 02:02 PM PDT A few days back, I used a third party usb cable to charge my HTC One M7 in the car. Since then, my phone is in USB host mode and I am unable to charge my phone over a USB connection. My computer doesn't recognize that my phone is plugged in as well. Luckily, I can charge my phone in a wall plug but the problem is a bit frustrating since I cannot transfer anything from my computer to my phone. Help ! |
Posted: 07 Jul 2016 01:59 PM PDT I was texting a family group about an upcoming event. I sent messages and they responded in a group thread. Then I picked up my phone to respond and it sent my answer 4 times, apparently to the r people in the group. In the message are where I type, it says "send a mass text" rather that " send a group message". I can't find any way to return the thread to a group message. Help!! |

How to copy photos/video's from Galaxy SII with cracked & black screen? Posted: 07 Jul 2016 01:48 PM PDT I have a Galaxy SII with an Android 2.3 os that has a cracked & black screen. I'm desperately trying to get the photos & video's copied to my computer. When I plug the phone to the computer, it doesn't see it. I tried using the Samsung Smart Switch but it doesn't support my device. I Any suggestions on how or if this is even possible? Thanks! |

Start page with rotating stars pops up occasionally Posted: 07 Jul 2016 01:26 PM PDT Periodically, my start page becomes a page with rotating stars. The icons are also rotating in a circle. I want this for my start page but it doesn't stay. Anyone know what this is and how to keep it? |
