Provided by LinkNYC, the plan was to replace payphones with the shiny new gigabit WiFi hotspots so that anyone could connect to the internet. But what if you don't own an internet connected device? |

In an update on their blog today, Skype has announced that this feature is now officially ready, and has officially begun rolling out on Android. |
