Late last year, New York City began replacing old telephone booths with free, public WiFi hotspots. Provided by LinkNYC, the plan was to replace payphones with the shiny new gigabit WiFi hotspots so that anyone could connect to the internet. But what if you don't own an internet connected device?

Last month, Skype celebrated 10 years of free video calls by letting the world know that soon, they'd be bringing group video calling to mobile devices. In an update on their blog today, Skype has announced that this feature is now officially ready, and has officially begun rolling out on Android.

Leaked in the flesh earlier this month, the gold HTC One M10 we initially saw had an oval -- almost circular home button -- on the front of it. This time around, @evleaks is leaking what he claims is the white model. Notice anything different?

When Samsung announced the date for their big Galaxy Unpacked 2016 event, we had a good feeling they'd be doing something with virtual reality (their teaser video had someone "unpacking" the event with a Gear VR strapped to his head). Today, the company is finally making their plans known.

As they often do at these things, Samsung's looking to open up a pop-up spot in Barcelona for Mobile World Congress. We're not exactly sure what it's for just yet (previous uses were art studios, temporary stores and press lounges) but we know one thing: it sits right across the street from a local Apple Store.
